| As an important sprinkler irrigation equipment,hose reel irrigator is widely used in China.However,the energy consumption of traditional water turbine reel sprinkler irrigation is higher,and the uniformity and mobility of sprinkler irrigation need to be further improved.In view of the above problems,this thesis innovatively designs a moving-fixed electrically driven hose reel irrigator,and invents fixed sprinkler irrigation combined with mobile unit to carry out sprinkler irrigation operation.The utility model has the advantages of good uniformity of sprinkler irrigation,flexible adjustment of sprinkler irrigation intensity and strong mobility of sprinkler irrigation machine.It can effectively reduce energy consumption,improve sprinkler irrigation uniformity and enhance the adaptability of sprinkler irrigation machine to the field terrain.The main contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Design of moving-fixed electrically drive hose reel irrigator.The unit takes the high ground gap locomotive as the power traction,selects the JP50-180 hose irrigator as the water conveying part,designs the reel drive system with using the motor to drive the reel release tube and take-up tube.The load physical model of hose reel irrigator is established,and the maximum load torque of JP50-180 hose reel irrigator is 1244.68 N?m.A load simulation test is set up to study the reel working power loss and transmission efficiency.It is found that the weight quality and recovery speed are the main factors affecting the reel recovery power consumption,and the maximum loss power value is 106.324 W.The transmission efficiency of the reel transmission system will tend to a stable efficiency value at the same recovery speed.During the test,when the reel recovery speed is 0.111 m/s,0.190 m/s and 0.403 m/s,the stable values of transmission efficiency correspond to 40.177%,50.533%and 60.904%,respectively.(2)The matching control system between the moving speed of the unit and the outlet speed of the PE tube is established.In order to make the electrically driven reel sprinkler run normally,it is necessary to keep the outlet speed of the PE tube consistent with the moving speed of the locomotive.In this thesis,a speed matching control system based on PLC is established,and the moving speed of the unit is measured by a high-precision encoder;a method of identifying the number of PE tube layers based on distance sensor is proposed and a related device is built to monitor the number of PE tube layers on the reel in real time;the control system based on PLC is used to collect the information of the moving speed and the number of PE tube layers,and the speed of the PE tube is adjusted by adjusting the motor speed to control the reel speed.Finally,it is realized that the driving speed of the locomotive is consistent with the discharge speed of the PE tube.Because there are many variables involved,the fixed moving speed of 0.178 m/s and0.133 m/s are selected to match the speed in the actual operation.Under the 0.178 m/s speed,the corresponding speed range of the five-layer PE tube motor are 48-46 r/min,43-40 r/min,39-37r/min,36-34 r/min and 33-32 r/min.The actual operation matching effect is good.(3)Study on Sprinkler Irrigation Operation characteristics of moving-fixed electrically driven hose reel irrigator.Compared with the traditional hose reel irrigator,the new unit adopts moving-fixed sprinkler irrigation mode,which has the advantages of good uniformity and flexible adjustment of sprinkler irrigation intensity.The fixed distance of the unit and the fixed sprinkler irrigation time are the key factors of the mobile fixed sprinkler irrigation mode.In this thesis,30 PY2and 40 PY2are selected as the test objects of sprinkler irrigation with double and single sprinklers.Based on the data of radial water distribution under the condition of fixed sprinklers,the combined water distribution and the maximum sprinkler irrigation uniformity coefficient under different combination spacing are calculated by Matlab software,and the combination distance when the maximum sprinkler irrigation uniformity coefficient is taken as the fixed point distance of mobile fixed-point sprinkler irrigation.According to the water demand of specific crops,the fixed sprinkler irrigation time is calculated.According to the crop water requirement data of typical spring corn,the fixed sprinkler irrigation time of single sprinkler irrigation with 30 PY2double sprinkler is 50 minutes and the fixed distance is 26 m,and the fixed sprinkler irrigation time of single sprinkler irrigation with 40 PY2single sprinkler is 64 minutes and the fixed distance is 31 m. |
