Seedling transplanting technology is one of the effective ways to improve crop yield significantly.Mechanized transplanting can reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of production.At present,the transplanting equipment in China is basically a semi-automatic transplanting machine that is fed by people.The low frequency of feeding seedlings and the large labor intensity greatly limit the rapid development of transplanting machinery.Through summarizing and analyzing the status of transplanting machines at home and abroad,combined with the developmental philosophy for integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy.This article selects corn seedlings as test object and carries out the analysis,the design and the experimental research to the key parts in order to provide a reliable basis for the development of transplanting techniques,the main research content of this paper is listed as follows:(1)The selection and movement analysis of the picking device.It proves the design of sending seedlings device for the plug seedling transplanting mechanism feasibly,through analyzing the design requirements,the aim is realizing automatic transplanting work.(2)The design of intermittent mechanism for the sending seedlings device.It requires intermittent and periodical coordination strictly when carrying out an intermittent movement.By analyzing its structure,the slot wheel mechanism and the ratchet mechanism are determined as the intermittent mechanism for the feeding device.(3)The design of double screw shaft mechanism for the key parts of sending seedlings device.On the one hand,its main structural parameters are analyzed and designed,on the other hand,it suffers simulated analysis through ANSYS software to analyze the result.In conclusion,it meets the design requirements.(4)The design of trenching and soil covering device.the structural parameters of each part are determined,it can meet the requirements of different environmental operations and improve the success rate of planting.The test shows that the transplanting effect is good and quality is guaranteed.(5)The main working parameters of the key parts are studied by means of single factor and multiple factors tests.This article uses a single factor test by taking the inclination angle of the plug tray as the influencing factor and the seedling success rate as the experimental index.It was determined that the highest success rate was obtained when the tilting angle of the tray was 105°.In order to search for the best combination of parameters,the test uses the ternary quadratic regression orthogonal rotary combination test method and establishes respectively regression equation between the upright degree rate,the variation coefficient of the seedling spacing and the position of furrow opener,the soil depth of furrow opener and the forward speed of the machine.it was found that the significance in turn is the depth of furrow opener,the forward speed,the location of furrow opener on upright degree rate and the forward speed,the soil depth of furrow opener,the location of furrow opener on the variation coefficient of the seedling spacing.Through the optimal design of test result,it shows that the upright degree rate of seedlings is 96.8%,and the variation coefficient of the seedling spacing is 11.4%.The optimization results provide a reliable guarantee,and the transplanting quality meets requirements.
