| Content : Through the research the influence of drugs cockfighting attacks and their regulation of gene analysis of cortisol in plasma and Turpan cockfighting attacks(CORT)and 5-hormone,serotonin transporter(5-HTT)gene expression,the effect of Turpan cockfighting attack behavior influencing factors.Not only help breeding Turpan cockfighting aggressive behavior and the protection of genetic resources and development and utilization,but also for other animal(including humans)in-depth study of correlation between aggressive behavior and endocrine system and 5-HTT gene has important significance in theory and practice.Object: The cock Turpan bucket as the test material,the attack behavior score method and ELISA method and QPCR method,groups of different doses of human anti violent schizophrenia risperidone,aripiprazole,trazodone and sertraline for 4 drugs of Turpan cockfighting attack table type,CORT,MT,T,TSH the content of 5-HTT,COMT,TPH1,and DTNBP1 gene expression.Results:(1)the results showed that the attack behavior of Turpan double cock was weakened in different degrees after taking four kinds of drugs,such as risperidone.For risperidone,aripiprazole,and Seculin(A4,B4 group)were first days and fourteenth days was significantly different(P<0.05),Seculin(group C4)for first days and eleventh,fourteenth days(P<0.05);other significant differences between and within the group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)different doses of risperidone and aripiprazole group of Turpan was the content of CORT in serum were decreased,and with the increase of dosage and medication time tends to increase significantly the level of trazodone group increased but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In risperidone and trazodone group,the content of MT increased,but the content of MT in aripiprazole and sertraline group decreased,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The effects of four drugs on the content of T and TSH were not significant(P>0.05).(3)risperidone and aripiprazole 5-HTT gene expression decreased,5-HTT expression of A1 and B1 in risperidone group group first,second,fifth and 11,14 days 5-HTT had significant difference(P<0.05);C1 group of first,second and 8,11,14 days had significant difference(P<0.05);aripiprazole group: A2 group second and 14 days significant differences(P<0.05),B2 group of first,second,fifth and 8,11,14 days was significantly different(P<0.05),C2 group of first and 5,8,11,14 days was significantly different(P<0.05).TPH1: risperidone group A1 group first and 11 were significant differences(P<0.01),first,second,fifth,8 and 14 showed significant difference(P<0.05),second,fifth,eighth and 11 showed significant difference(P<0.05);B1 group of first,second,fifth,8 and 11,14 days had significant difference(P<0.05);C1 group of 1 and 5,8,11,14 difference significant(P<0.05),second and 5,8,11(P<0.05),significant difference between second and 14 days were significant differences(P<0.01),aripiprazole group: A2 group first,second and 14 showed significant difference(P<0.05),B2 group of first and 14 significant difference(P<0.05),C2 group of second and 14 days was significantly different(P<0.05).The expression of 5-HTT in the Seculin and trazodone groups showed an upward trend,but had no significant effect on the other three genes,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Four kinds of drugs used to treat schizophrenia can reduce the attack behavior of Turpan cock to some extent,and the effect of risperidone is more obvious.With the weakening of Turpan cockfighting attack behavior,reduced CORT content and decrease of risperidone,aripiprazole group5-HTT gene content,increase TPH1 gene content,CORT and positive 5-HTT gene and TPH1 gene related to aggressive behavior cockfighting cockfighting and aggressive behavior were negatively correlated,therefore,the expression of the content of CORT and 5-HTT gene,TPH1 gene as a reference index of Turpan cockfighting attacks breeding,lay the foundation for molecular breeding of Turpan cockfighting hormone and aggressive behavior. |
