| Plough surface is the main working part of moldboard plow.The working performance and energy consumption of the plough are directly affected by shape,design method and design quality of plough surface.At present,the straight generatrix method is extensively used for developing plough surface because of easy to generate.However,farming resistance and energy consumption of the plough is still larger during the actual production.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of larger farming resistance and energy consumption of the plough,plough surface was designed and investigated.The main contributions based on the design and investigation of pseudo-spherical plough surface is as follows:(1)The solid model of pseudo-spherical plough surface was constructed by using software Cero.The effect of parameter variation controlled by pseudo-spherical plough surface on the working performance was analyzed.The results showed that turning performance of pseudo-spherical plough surface was greater when decreasing the value of pseudo-spherical parameter R or increasing tilling width of plough surface b or obtaining the minimize end of partial pseudo-spherical surface.In addition,broking performance of pseudo-spherical plough surface was greater when increasing R-value or obtaining the maximize end of partial pseudo-spherical surface.The minimum R-value was determined in the range of 221.40 to 250.30 mm.The minimum Gaussian curvature of pseudo-spherical plough surface was 2.43701×10-6 and the maximum value was-2.12911×10-6.It indicated that pseudo-spherical plough surface had better smoothing sex due to Gaussian curvature highly concentrated.The minimum slope of pseudo-spherical plough surface was-0.2588 and the maximum value were 0.8910.It indicated that there are better turning performance and broking performance for pseudo-spherical plough surface.(2)The write,compile and connection of customized development program for solid model parameterization of pseudo-spherical plough surface were processed in the condition of software Visual Studio 2008.Three-dimensional parametric modeling system of pseudo-spherical plough surface was established by secondary development tool provided by software Cero.(3)Pseudo-spherical plough surface was flattened by using the energy model.The discretization processing of triangular mesh for pseudo-spherical plough surface was conducted to obtain the number of vertex and triangle,with a value of 445 and 809,respectively.In the flattening processing for pseudo-spherical plough surface of triangular mesh discretization,grid model data was stored by using document of STL format.Half data structure and improved topological relations were constructed.The accuracy error of area after flattening pseudo-spherical plough surface was 0.0127 and the accuracy error of side length was 0.0074.The results showed that the design of pseudo-spherical plough surface met requirements. |
