It is an important measure to study the special plough body for building the fire protection line to prevent the spread of forest fire and control the forest fire, which has very important meaning to the design and manufacturing of forestry machineries, the forest production and the protection of forest resource. For developing a set of plough body surface 3-D drawing design software with good interactive function, a certain extent theory research was made to the feature model, the algorithm simulation to plough body surface mathematic model was established based on OpenGL under the VC integrated exploit setting, and the integrated frame of the parameterization drawing system and suitable parameterized full-new data structure was successfully built.Firstly, the 3-D parameterized design was deeply studied based on the feature, and the automatic identification and solution of drawing constraint relation were realized to build geometry and structure constraint relation according to plough body surface structure by adopting the constraint rule description in 3-D design, and the drawing data was renewed to build the new plough body surface drawing according to the structure constraint as driven condition and the size as driven source in order to get the serialization design of fire plough body surface.Secondly, the fairing of surface to the joint of plough share and plough breast surface was made through adopting the selective partial subdivision interpolation way with the modern differential geometry, which can construct the relative smooth interpolating surface and improve the fairing effect of surface.Finally, based on the point projection relation, the profile of surface type value point in each projection plane for plough surface can be searched automatically without manual boot through the automatic search of profile and all drawing elements could be removed except the profile of surface in surface area to finish the generation of three-view drawing.According to the experiments, the fire plough body surface design system for building the fire protection line of forest and grassland showed strong practicability and can be suitable to the requirement of fire plough manufacturers, and will provide a kind of advanced design tool for the manufacturing design of the special plough for building fire protection line in China and have good project application value and social ecological meanings.
