In order to explore different artificial forest improvement of soil and microclimate in the moon mountain of Xuyi Province, provide theoretical basis for different species of difficult area.In this paper,we took Cupressus lusitanica in the moon mountain ecological park of Xuyi Province as the research object. At the same time, Populus L., Prunus persica and open space were setting as control samples, studying on the soil physicochemical properties and microclimate and the air anion concentration index of three kinds of artificial forest. And the results show:(1) The soil bulk density of Cupressus lusitanica was significantly lower than that of bare land, and it was not significant among three kinds of differet plantations. The soil porosity and soil water storage capacity of Cupressus lusitanica was higher than Prunus persica and bare land, belower than the Populus L, and the value were 52.83% and 297.04t/hm2.The soil moisture content in Cupressus lusitanica and the Populus L., but the Cupressus lusitanica lower was lower than the Prunus persica.(2) The difference of pH of the four sample areas was not significant. The organic matter, total N, available N content of Populus L. and Cupressus lusitanica was higher than that of bare land and Prunus persica. The total P content of bare land was the highest, followed by Prunus persica and the lowest was the Cupressus lusitanica and Populus L., and Prunus persica, bare land and Populus L., Cupressus lusitanica difference significant. The P content of Prunus persica, bare land and Populus L., Cupressus lusitanica was significantly. The total K content of Cupressus lusitanica was the largest, followed by Populus L., and the last two were Prunus persica and bare land. The available K content of Populus L. and Cupressus lusitanica was higher, and the content of available K varies significantly with the variation of soil layer.(3) The average daily air temperature and soil temperature were significantly different between the four samples. In summer and autumn, Populus L. and Cupressus lusitanica air temperature and soil temperature to was significantly lower than that of Prunus persica and bare land, but in spring and winter, the difference was not significant. The differences of air humidity diurnal variation law among four plant plots were insignificant. In summer and autumn the air humidity difference of three artificial forests was significant, but in spring and winter air humidity difference was not significant. At the same time, Populus L. and Cupressus lusitanica soil humidity is slightly lower than that of Prunus persica and bare land, and the difference was not significant.(4) The negative ion concentration values of four kinds of forest land performance as the Populus L. was the largest and the next was the Cupressus lusitanica, and the final was the Populus L. and bare land. The Cupressus lusitanica daily average negative ion concentration was as high as 798/cm,which was significantly higher than that of bare land and Populus L..Negative ion concentration in different seasons of Cupressus lusitanica was higher than that of Populus L. and bare land, and the difference of concentration between spring and winter was significant, the air quality grade of Cupressus lusitanica reached B.(5) Research on physical and chemical properties, microclimate characteristics and negative ion concentration indexes of three kinds artificial forest in the moon mountain, made a whole evaluation of three kinds artificial forests, the ability of three kinds artificial forest to improve the difficulty was Populus L.>Cupressus lusitanica>Prunus persica.
