This study was conducted to explore the inheritance of reproductive traits and research the annual productivity on the high reproductive swine new strain-HN.In the experiment,0~4 generations of sows(192 nest)were selected to examine the breeding value for evaluating generations phenotypic and genetic trends of multi-properties using the multi-property animal model BLUP and to analyze the phenotypic value and variable coefficient.Meanwhile,compared with the reproductive performance of 60 Large White Pig(2-4 fetal)as control,many indexes were measured in the group of 45 swine new strain-HN(2~4 fetal,including the total number born(TNB),number born alive(NBA),35-day weaning litter size(S35),birth weight(BW),birth litter weight(LBW),21-day weight(W21),21-day litter weight(lw21),35-day weaning weight(W35),35-day weaning litter weight(LW35),effective teat number(ETN).And the reproductive performance,annual productivity and economic benefits were analyzed and compared with the each other.The results are as follows:(1)The results demonstrated that variable coefficient of reproductive traits on the high reproductive swine new strain-HN ranged from 1.75% to 6.42%.The heritability of TNB,NBA,S35,ETN,BW,LBW,W21,LW21,W35 and LW35 were 0.160,0.091,0.112,0.072,0.167,0.170,0.116,0.119,0.202 and 0.114,respectively.Therefore,phenotypic correlation of TNB,NBA,S35 and BW,W21,W35 were-0.220,-0.121,-0.061,-0.249,-0.125,-0.099,-0.179,-0.057,-0.217,respectively.Then,phenotypic correlation and genetic correlation among other reproductive traits were positively correlated.However,phenotypic correlation and genetic correlation between LW35 and other reproductive traits were moderately or strongly positive correlation.Genetic gain per generation of TNB,NBA,S35,ETN,BW,LBW,W21,LW21,W35 and LW35 were 0.000440 heads,0.001019 heads,0.000112 heads,0.003106 pairs,0.004361 kg,0.000115 kg,0.002620 kg,0.010261 kg,0.001875 kg and 0.011226 kg,respectively.(2)The data showed that TNB(14.81 heads),NBA(14.14 heads),S35(13.28 heads),LBW(16.88 kg),LW35(81.03 kg)and ETN(7.89 pairs)in the high reproductive swine new strain-HN are highly significant(P<0.01)than those in Large White Pig.However,BW(1.19 kg),W21(4.00 kg)and W35(6.10 kg)have high significance(P<0.01)than those in Large White Pig.Then,LW21(53.36 kg)is highly significant than that in Large White Pig(0.01<P<0.05);the raising rate of the new strain-HN is 93.92%,which higher about 11.78% compared with Large White Pig.The swine new strain-HN and Large White Pig sow can offer 27.90 heads,17.31 heads per year.According to the current market price,pure income are ?6524.95 and ?3940.43,respectively.The results indicated that various phenotypic paraeters of traits coefficient were smaller.Specially,reproductive traits heritability conformed to the general rule.It showed that high reproductive new strain-HN has stable genetic basis,and has achieved the breeding goals.In the process of breeding,LW35 should be considered as major traits,which can select the high reproductive individuals.The high reproductive swine new strain-HN has advantages over Large White Pig,such as annual productivity and economic efficiency.
