| This research use the legal system the core of a national core breeding pig farm in shandong province breeding herd growth and reproductive performance measurement record from 2010 to 2021,using SPSS software for different varieties,such as gender and birth season growth characters and influence factors are analyzed,at the same time,the different varieties,breeding season and delivery season,the influence factors of reproductive traits was analyzed;Then,BLUP analysis of GBS software was used to analyze the performance measurement records of the farm,and the phenotypic value,Estimated Breeding value(EBV)and composite index of the related methods were calculated to analyze the genetic progress of the farm.WOMBAT software was used to estimate the heritability and genetic correlation of growth and reproductive traits in three breeds of pigs.The results of comprehensive analysis provided better suggestions for pig farms to develop new breeding programs.The experimental results are as follows:1.Landrace pigs had 100 kg more fat than large white pigs and Pietrain pigs.Landrace Maxest 10.42 mm,Pietrain pig minimum 9.11 mm.Large white pigs up to 100 kg body weight were significantly older than Landrace and Pietrain pigs.Big white pig has the longest of 163.43 days,Pittland pig shortest 148.64 days.Growth traits of large white pigs varied significantly.The difference between Landrace pigs and Pietrain pigs is not significant.The 100 kg body weight backfat thickness of large white pigs did not differ significantly between spring and summer,But spring is significantly thicker than fall and winter.Its weight of 100 kg was significantly more old in spring than in the other three seasons.The 100 kg weight backfat thickness was also not significantly different in spring and summer.Up to 100 kg body weight per day of age is the longest in the summer.And it is significantly longer than spring,autumn and winter.The 100 kg backfat thickness is significantly thinner in winter than in spring.Summer was significantly longer than the other three seasons.2.The three varieties have significant differences in the total number of litter births,the number of live births,the number of dead piglets,the number of healthy piglets and the number of weak piglets.The parity significantly affected the reproductive performance of French large white pig.French Landrace pig and French Pietrain pig.The total number of piglets in the French large white pig reached the highest in the fourth fetus.And was significantly higher than the other parity.French Landrace pigs had the highest total litter size at the third fetus.The total number of piglets in French Pietrain pigs was the highest in the fifth child.No difference in the number of abnormalities between large white and Landrace.But other traits differ significantly for large white pigs.The number of malformations and litter weights varied significantly for Pietrain pigs.Not significant differences for other traits;The number of deformities and the number of weak piglets in the delivery season were not significant.The effects on other traits varied significantly.For the number of mummies,stillbirths,dead litter,weak litter and litter weight of Pietrain pigs.The difference on other traits were not significant.3.The heritability of each breeding character of the three French breeds ranged from0.030 to 0.127,which was low heritability.4.The paternal index and maternal index of French large white pigs increased and reached the highest in 2021.5.The genetic correlation between total litter size and live litter size and Litter weight at birth was high in large white,landrace and Pietrain pigs,while the genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation between live litter size and Litter weight at birth were high and positive. |
