| Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of green,safe,no harmful residues and no pollution.As a feed additive of livestock and poultry,it has presented its advantages,especially in the situation of drug residues and drug resistance caused by antibiotics.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop compound Chinese medicine and to use it as an antibiotic substitute.This study uses compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation(composed of polysaccharide from animal functional protein and yellow cypress,rhubarb,astragalus,houttuynia,etc.)The following three aspects were studied in sows and piglets: Test ? Effect of compound Chinese medicine preparation on reproductive performance and annual productivity of sows.The postpartum sows were selected with the same number of 16 varieties and subgrade(No difference in litter size),and the corresponding suckling piglets(the initial difference is not significant),being randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group of female swine injection compound Chinese medicine preparation 6m L/head,4d repeat after injection.The control group did not do any treatment,Determination of the number of weaned piglets,21 days old weight,21 days old nest weight,diarrhea piglets,weaning sow and other indicators,The reproductive performance,annual productivity and the economic benefit of weaning piglets were analyzed.The results showed that in the reproductive performance of sows,the weight of 21 days in the experimental group and the control group was 64.07 kg and 41.64 kg respectively.The average daily weight respectively gain of piglets was 289.94 g and 221.91 g,In the experimental group,the average daily weight and weight of piglets were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);Patients weaning piglets number is 8.38,the control group was 6.75,diarrhea piglets rate respectively were 8.21% and 29.71%,experimental group had a significantly higher number of weaned piglets(P<0.05),diarrhea rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).According to the time of sow from weaning to the re-estrus,the experimental group and the control group were 4.43 d and 5.62 d,respectively,and the experimental group was about 1d earlier than the control group,and the difference was significantly different(P<0.01).In the case of female pig weaning,the pregnancy rate of female pigs in the experimental group and control group was 94.33% and 72.33% respectively,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the annual productivity of the sow,the number of weaned pigs and the annual meat supply in the experimental group and the control group were 17.60,14.17 and 1930.53 kg and 1535.21 kg respectively,According to the current number of piglets weaned and the market price of pork,piglets and pork were separately produced.The net profit of the test and control groups was 5,249.32,3130.3,and 5,191.48,and 4,117.76 yuan,respectively,which were higher than the control group,2191.02 yuan and 1080.72 yuan,respectively,and the economic benefits were significant.Test ? Treatment of diarrhea piglet and prevention piglet diarrhea by compound Chinese medicine preparations.(1)treatment of diarrhea piglets by Chinese traditional medicine preparation40 cases of diarrhea were selected for the treatment of diarrhea,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 20 heads(half of each group).The experimental group was injected with 2mL/ head of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was not treated for three days,and the number of diarrhea and diarrhea days were measured.The results showed that the diarrhea rate was 10.95% and 15.72% respectively in the experimental group and the control group,and the diarrhea index was 0.40 and 1.40 respectively.The diarrhea rate and diarrhea index in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).It is obvious that the compound Chinese medicine preparation is effective in treating diarrhea piglets.(2)the prevention of diarrhea in piglets by Chinese traditional medicine preparation60 cases of diarrhea were selected for the treatment of diarrhea,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 heads(half of each group).Experimental group piglets born within 2 h 1 ml/head injection of compound Chinese medicine preparation,4 days of age,10 day age again same dose injection respectively,does not make processing control,determination of diarrhea piglets indices such as quotas,diarrhoea days.The results showed that the diarrhea rate was 0.84% and 6.99% respectively in the experimental group and the control group,and the diarrhea index was 0.67 and 1.83 respectively.The diarrhea rate and diarrhea index in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is obvious that the compound Chinese medicine preparation is effective in treating diarrhea piglets.Test ?II Treatment of frozen pigs by Chinese traditional Chinese medicine preparation.Randomly selected 20 cad pigs after weaning(weight difference is not significant)were divided into two groups,each half male.The experimental group was injected with 2ml/ head on the first day,and the same dose was injected on the fourth day and the 10 th day,and the experimental period was 35 days.Records began to weigh the final weight and the weight gain.Through the statistics of the relevant indicators,the influence of it on the frozen pig was studied.The initial average weight of cad pigs and the average daily weight gain were recorded in the experimental group.The results were obvious: the experimental group and the control group were respectively 11.80 and 11.70 kg respectively,and the average daily weight gain was respectively 225.71 g and 221.99 g.The average daily weight gain was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.It is indicated that the therapeutic effect of compound Chinese medicine preparation on frozen pig is not obvious. |
