In this study,133 strains were collectedin Asia,North America and Africa.Germplasm resources was evaluated and the germplasm bank was established initially.The main results of this studywere as follows:1.As the result of identification of strants research that except HYS02,HYS16,HYS20,HYS24 and HONG were all A.heimuer,and HYS20 was A.villosula.HYS16 is near toA.heimuer and A.auricular-judaein genetic relationship.HYS02 is near to A.heimuer,and HYS24 is near to Exidia recisa.2.The results of correlation analysis showthat the relativity of colony characteristics and agronomic traits is significant,the faster of the mycelial growth rate,the lowerof the FD/WD and the stronger of decomposing energy for sawdust,The higer of primodia rate,the heavier of singlewood ear;the denser of the colony,the shorter of spawn run;the more of fluffy mycelium,the lower of primodia rate,the lower of the yield;the more ofpigment,the longer of harvest cycle;the 4 characters yield,primodia rate,number ofwood ear,bioefficiency of 14 agronomic traits as the first principal component in principal component analysis,the number of creases and the depth of creaseas the second principal component and the weight of 100 pieces of wood ear as the third principal component.t And the contribution of the three principal components is 62.5%.The "Yield and features of wood ear" can be used as an evaluation index of agronomic traits.3.The results showed that the preservation of filter paper is better than spore suspension.Thepreservation of fruitbody is better than subculture in colony morphology,growth rate of mycelium,decomposition ability of sawdust and enzyme activity.The density of colony,the activity of laccase and acid protease were significantly correlated with the preservation methods,which could be used as the evaluation index of the preservation method.The relationship between laccase activityand decomposing energy of sawdust,primodia rate and yield is significant,and the higher of the laccase activity,the higher of the primodia rate and the higherof the yield.the highest germination rate of the spore is preserved in liquid nitrogen of fruitbody(no protection agent).4.A.heimuergermplasm bank model was established.Based on the above research results,agermplasm bank model was established by Microsoft Office Access 2010,man-machine dialogue system was established.Researchers can query the strain information as required.
