There are diverse ecological types in Shanxi province, but most of soybean varieties are only suitable for planting in the central and southern areas. In order to adapt to different ecological types for planting, cultivating new ecological soybean varieties has become a key link in the development of Shanxi soybean production. In this study, based on 6 current soybean varieties which were widely cultivated in Shanxi,Ten regions of different ecological types were selected in 2014 and 2015,and genetic diversity analysis was carried out on the main agronomic traits using correlation analysis and principal component analysis. At the same time,(AMMI)model was used to analyze and evaluate the yield of each test point. This paper provided the theoretical basis for the breeding of different ecological types for soybean breeders, and also provided suggestion for farmers to choose suitable varieties for local area. The results showed that there was great difference between the variation of agronomic traits of 6 cultivars and 10 experimental areas, and the variation coefficients of 7 major agronomic traits of the same varieties in different areas were 0?56.9%and 0?59%,respectively.The growth stages, the plant height, the number of pods per plant, the weight of one hundred seeds and the yield were related to the quantitative traits. The difference was that the agronomic traits of the same cultivars were different in the same test point similar. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between yield and plant height,100-grain weight and pod number per plant, but there was a significantly negative correlation between the number of branches and 100 seed weight. The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rates of the four main components were 98.04%and 94.87%in the same cultivars in different areas, respectively. The analysis of the principal components was similar in the two years. The results showed that the cumulative contribution rates of the four important components were 82.96%and 85.04%,respectively.The results of the two years' principal component analysis were significant, and the contribution rate was the most important factor. The results showed that the yield difference between the test sites was very significant, and the difference was not significant between the different cultivars. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the yield between the two cultivars. The order of the total variation of the yield was in the order of environment, environment x gene, genotype, and the effect of environment on yield. In the selection of new varieties of soybean in the selection of traits, the first choice of large changes in the traits is very important in the selection of high yield of new varieties of soybeans should be considered in a variety of constraints, select the plant height and branch number moderate,The number of pods, while taking into account the large number of 100 seed weight,in high-yielding breeding and high-yielding cultivation measures should also pay attention to the impact of ecological environment.
