In recent years,information technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in various fields of production.The impact of the Internet on China's modern agricultural industrial chain and commercial mode is taking place,will be the transformation of the mode of development of modern agriculture,the key means to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,the State Council to actively promote the "Internet plus" on the "action guidance" pointed out that by 2018,the combination of the Internet and the economic society in various fields to further deepen and through the "Internet plus" new ideas,new technology and agricultural industry chain resources,agricultural industry chain and agricultural management services in areas such as the depth of integration of the birth of modern agriculture in the new direction,new trends and new impetus.Precision agriculture is to improve the yield of crops and protect the agricultural production environment quality the important way,variable fertilization is the core part of precision agriculture,the purpose is to reduce the input of fertilizer to achieve the same benefits,improve farmland ecological environment,improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,to achieve the best environmental and economic benefits.Corn is the main food crops in China,study of maize precision fertilization decision system to save fertilizer,improve soil nutrients,it is of great significance to improve the yield and quality of maize,caused by the upsurge of research experts at home and abroad.The traditional corn precision fertilization decision system consists of two parts: information collection and precision fertilization decision,in which data collection is divided into two kinds of geographic location data collection and soil property data collection.The maize precision fertilization is PC machine running stand-alone version and the version of web based in geographic information collection is required to collect data from the field,back to the lab again after finishing by manual input method is compiled into a computer database.When using the precision fertilization scheme,users need to download the fertilizer program onto the fertilizer machine or print it out and then bring it to the production field.Therefore,there is the acquisition process time-consuming,error prone and use high cost and convenient than traditional maize precise fertilization system,at the same time,the traditional corn fertilization system requirements,the user requires high levels of knowledge of hardware,sub operation is not suitable for farmers.In recent years,there have been 12582 kinds of soil testing and consulting platform,but the platform is only located by base station.The distance between the base stations is up to 15km-20 km,and the positioning accuracy is low.With the popularity of smart phones and mobile Internet,more and more attention has been paid to the mobile GIS field acquisition technology based on Android.Using smart phone location function and wireless network communication technology can optimize geographic information collection and operation,improve collection efficiency,and provide geographic data base for accurate fertilization decision-making.Combined with the mobile Internet,Location based(service)can be integrated into agriculture,and the design of precision fertilization based on LBS will be pushed.Mobile devices are easy to carry around,Android system is easy to develop and easy to operate.It is attached to the Android operating system to develop the accurate corn fertilizer decision system based on mobile internet.The system can realize remote soil moisture monitoring,rapid geographic information collection and precision decision-making based on location push to the corn production environment,and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional Internet precision fertilizer terminal.This article from the data acquisition terminal,cloud control center and Android mobile terminal three aspects of research and design of the system,finally realize the moisture data acquisition terminal acquisition and control,cloud control center on maize planting environment parameters to complete data storage,analysis and management of Android mobile terminal to provide users with mobile Internet the maize precision fertilization decision system based on the operation interface.The main research contents and innovations are as follows.(1)The theory of Internet of things is used as the theoretical basis.With embedded system,mobile Internet and Android program development technology,the wireless sensor network,environment monitoring subsystem,geographic information collection subsystem and Precise Fertilization subsystem are completed.(2)Develop a maize precision fertilization decision system based on mobile Internet.The monitoring module of mobile terminal implements real-time monitoring of production environment parameters on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers.The Android mobile phone operating system for the current mainstream platform,using mobile phone positioning,Baidu Map API and database technology,design and implementation of interactive information through the mobile Internet of the maize precision fertilization decision system.(3)The innovation point of this paper is to provide the field collection function of mobile GIS based on Android and the push and delivery service of corn Precise Fertilization Scheme Based on LBS.Provide Android based mobile GIS field acquisition function,optimize the lack of traditional geographic information collection,LBS based corn precision fertilization program push service,created a new way of accurate fertilization services.(4)Maize precision fertilization decision system based on mobile Internet provides convenient for remote access to environmental information,timely regulation of environmental information,geographic location information collection and accurate fertilization program push.
