Straw returning has become the main way to fertilize the soil, but it may also produce soil moisture leakage, affecting crop emergence, increasing pests and other adverse effects, which is the traditional cultivation and cultivation mode that can not adapt to,so we propose separating corn cultivation and straw returning to field for cultivation. Therefore,in this paper, the dynamic effects of different amounts of straw on soil organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, cellulase and catalase activity were studied in field environment by in situ culture simulations. In the separate mode of planting and returning, the effects of high stalks on the microbial biomass of 0-15,15-30 and 30-45 cm soil layers were studied, and the effects on the yield of maize were studied with high stalks.(1)The in situ culture experiments were carried out by adding 0.44%,0.88%,and1.32% of the straw in 0-15,15-30 and 30-45 cm soil layers in Lishu,China Agricultural University Experimental Station,Jilin Province.During the two years of decay, the soil organic carbon content and microbial biomass carbon content increased with the increase of straw returning rate, and they were 0-15cm> 15-30cm> 30-45 cm.High amount of straw returned to the field significantly increased the activity of cellulase in the soil, but the effects of the different amount of returning to the catalase activity were not significant. The results showed that, compared to the first year, the total organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon and cellulase activity decreased by8.59% ~ 35.36%,6.74% ~ 29.16%,6.18% ~ 31.72%,respectively,in the mature period of the second year. But catalase activity increased, the largest increase was in R3(with the increase of soil depth, the increase rate of 14.14%,10.14%,12.11%).(2)Under the separate mode of planting and returning, the full amount of straw was returned in 0-15,15-30,30-45 cm soil, microbial quantity dynamic effects through the study of species separation, and effects on Maize Yield. The results showed that different soil performed after straw returning increased the soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, and the quantity of straw on surface soil microbial growth significantly,in response to weak deep soil microorganisms on straw application. In different sampling periods, the number of microorganisms in soil was different.A separate straw returning mode on maize yield increased, but no significant difference compared with the control, indicating a separation surface of straw returning modeson maize growth and no interference, caused by the maize crop.
