Brown spot disease is difficult to control the turf management of soil-borne diseases,seriously affected the turfgrass in the viewing and recreation and other aspects of the function.The use of chemical means is difficult to completely control the spread of brown spot disease,and the soil,water and other environmental aspects of a wide range of negative effects.Preterm study confirmed that the induction of ISR disease resistance mechanism,butanediol induction can significantly reduce the incidence of creeping bent grass brown spot disease,but for its induction of creeping bentgrass plant resistance mechanism is not clear,the In this study,we investigated the effects of plant growth and related metabolites in the process of disease resistance,and the effects of butanediol on the related sucrose metabolites and enzyme activities in the plants after inoculation were studied by physiological and biochemical methods.The effects of butanediol on the metabolism of reactive oxygen species and the regulation of signal molecules were studied.Finally,the relationship between sucrose metabolism and reactive oxygen metabolism and disease resistance was studied,and the secondary metabolites Synthesis of links.The main results are as follows:(1).Root induction of 2,3-BD(250 ?mol / L)induction treatment can effectively reduce the disease index of creeping bentgrass.The results showed that the disease index was 21.63% on the 15 th day after inoculation,and the disease index of the untreated plants was 70.45%.Indicating that ISR induced disease resistance mechanism to control the plant's own potential,so as to achieve the purpose of resistance.The content of fructose in leaves of the inoculated plants decreased significantly compared with the control.The change of sucrose content increased gradually and reached stable after the 5th day.The change of soluble sugar content gradually increased with time The content of UDPG in the plant was higher than that in the control group,and the content of UDPG was increased.The content of UDPG in the plant was increased.(2).After root induction of 2,3-BD(250 ?mol / L)induction,BD+J induction treatment significantly reduced the production rate of superoxide radical anion(O2-·)in plants compared with W+J treatment,The concentration of free radical(OH-),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of lipoxygenase(LOX).The activity of LOX was up to 29.78%,and the highest rate of W+J was 1.34 times of that of BD+J,1.19 times of OH-concentration and 37.56% in MDA accumulation.(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activity,delayed the antioxidant reduction of ascorbic acid(As A)and also Substitution of glutathione(GSH)content.(3). The results showed that BD+J treatment could enhance the content of NO and H2O2 in the plant at the early stage of disease resistance,compared with W+J treatment,The activities of PAL,4-CL and C4 H enzymes in plantlets were increased,and the contents of chlorogenic acid and cinnamic acid were increased.And ultimately improve the disease resistance of plants.
