The Study In Biochemical Index Of Dogs Infected By CPV Cases

Canine parvovirus disease(Canine parvovirus,CPV)happens in puppies and unvaccinated dogs,The mortality rate has been high.CPV cases performance more vomiting,diarrhea,bloody and other symptoms,in which symptomatic treatment of the clinical,howerer,there are few researches on organ function in CPV body,This topic through the CPV of canine blood biochemical indexes in the treatment of continuous monitoring and analysis of its processing to study the changes of blood biochemical indexes of dogs with CPV.The aim to understand the biochemical indexes,clarify its mechanism,to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of CPV,and improve the cure rate of CPV.Treatment of CPV dogs: Detection of blood biochemical indicators were tested three times for dogs that meet the test conditions,respectively is in hospital on the same day,on the third day and five days of hospitalization,and blood are conducted in the day before the start of drug treatment.Data processing: The result of the sample determination not in reference range was recorded for variation of 1 times,got the total number of variation samples,the variation of the total number of samples divided by the total number of sample is the variation of sample rate;The biochemical indicators were divided to six kinds of functions,got the total number of variation samples of each functions,Then,the total number of variation samples was divided by the total number of index contained by function samples,that is functional variation of sample rate;Comparison of biochemical indicators on CPV recovery dog to the dead dog: the experiment was divided into recovery,death,and the control three groups,and analyzed the results of three groups.CPV consecutive cases of monitoring: selected five biochemical indexes that changed obviously in the CPV cases,AMY,LIP,CK,ALP,ALB,at the completion of three monitoring deaths and survival cases,contrasted the results of three groups.Significant changes in biochemical indicators of single mutation rate of CPV cases including ALP,CK,Ca,AST,TBIL,ALB,LIP,P.Effect of CPV to the dogs in biochemical index was found that: increased ALP concentration,increased CK concentration,decreased serum Ca concentration,increased AST concentration,decreased TBIL concentration,decreased ALB concentration,increased LIP concentration,increased serum P concentration.Significant changes in organfunction(indicators)of the CPV cases including heart function,serum calcium,liver function,albumin pancreas function.The cure group and death group were compared and results showed that there was significant difference between the pancreatic function and reduced serum calcium concentration decreased and albumin deficiency,which was likely to cause the CPV dogs eventually died..In the continuous detection of the CPV index,the change of the index may indicate the direction of disease development.The results showed that the CPV dogs during treatment,should be timely monitoring of ALP,CK,Ca,AST,TBIL,ALB,LIP,P and other biochemical indicators,especially the changes of pancreatic function,serum calcium and protein index.And then adjust the clinical medication protocol at time may be provided for high CPV the cure rate according to the detection...
