Research On Key Technologies Of Forest Fire Prevention And Early Warning And Emergency Response System

The forest environment is complex and the happen of forest fire is sudden and random,so that the traditional fire security technology often have a difficult to discover the fire in the early of fire occurred,resulting in fire spread,cause great damage to the surrounding environment and human and animal.At present,the investment in the field of forest protection from our country is increasing,so our government puts forward higher requirements for fire protection technology.With the development of programmable embedded system and infrared image processing technology,real-time monitoring of forest fire using infrared technology has become a hot research topic,therefore,designing an intelligent forest fire monitoring equipment which mounted on pan-tilt of UAV and conducting real-time monitoring forest fire will play an important role in the early fire control.In this paper,through the analysis of the function and the technical architecture of forest fire prevention system and study the key problems which remain exist in the field of forest fire security,designing a small volume monitoring system based on FPGA hardware and infrared thermal imager that can be mounted on UAV pan-tilt.The design includes the data acquisition module,data cache module and a display module.According to the characteristics of infrared image of the forest fire,this paper conduct infrared image denoising,segmentation,pseudo color enhancement and other image processing using Matlab,this will play an important role in the follow-up feature extraction and recognition of fire image.The using of various convolution operators module on the FPGA,the forest fire monitoring system implement the forest fire image denoise and edge extraction on the hardware.Finally,this paper puts forward a scheme of forest fire early warning and emergency treatment,it willenhance the ability of fire prevention.
