| Automation research of agriculture has become more and more important because of the decrease of the agricultural population and the growing of population of China.With wider range of vegetables are cultivated,high economic value of one of the crops,but their seed growing season is long,artificial planting cost is high and efficiency is low,artificial planting process are the bottleneck of vegetable industry especially develop in northeast.Under this background,this paper proposes a control system of water ejector type vegetable plug seedling transplanting machine design based on the design of key components and the modeling and simulation analysis the specific contents of the research are as follows.This are,the following main studies in the paper:1)The current situation of the development of vegetable transplanting machines are analyzed at home and abroad,especially in view of the northeast arid land transplanting machine features: capsicum planting situation and chili transplanting characteristics in the northeast.On the one hand,it can reduce the damage to the seedling in the course of taking the seedling,on the other hand,the amount of water is fixed to the root of the seedling in the process of planting,and the seedling survival rate of the seedling is ensured.The design of equal diameter hole and an inclined hole plate with hard plug tray,Using water pillars downwards on the way out of the seedlings,Design the corresponding send plate of institutions at the same time,pot tray plane positioning mechanism,a high pressure water jet ejector mechanism,tray planting mechanism and planting covering mechanism etc.2)In this paper.The automatic vegetable transplanting machine tray size,plant spacing,frequency and speed of the machine and the relationship between the conveyor belt and the motor with the corresponding theoretical analysis and design calculation.Using the Pro/E three-dimensional design software,PFC3 D discrete element analysis software to design the key components and make the corresponding simulation analysis,and the simulation results are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are given.3)This paper introduces the design of automatic control system for vegetable transplanting.The system uses STC89C52 MCU as the control system and the corresponding design and program circuit code.A simulation experimental device is built for the local control system,For the design of circuit and the specific parameters for the experiment.Finally completed the integral,which of the automatic vegetable transplanting machine according to requirements and analyze the result by simulation experiment device,I carry on the simulation by 3D design software and the PFC3 D software and verify the structure of automatic vegetable transplanting machine and optimize scheme,I analyze circuit in theory and laboratory test simulation. |
