Department of medicinal plants belonging to the Platycodon grandiflorum root,is commonly used in medicine,with Xuanfei,Liyan,expectorant,pus and other effects.Platycodon grandiflorum is not only a kind of resource plant,but also a kind of economic plant with medicine,food and reward.Because more and more medicinal value and economic value of Platycodon grandiflorum were found,which led to the increase of its dosage,the wild resources could not meet the needs of the market.At present,a large area of artificial cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum has gradually replaced the wild Platycodon grandiflorum medicinal herbs.At present,Guizhou is one of the main production areas of artificial cultivation of Platycodon,but Guizhou Platycodon seeds are planted every year need to induce in the seed,Platycodon grandiflorum were aspects of the technology is still not perfect.This study aimed to fruiting phenology,by planting area of Guizhou in the main producing areas of Platycodon grandiflorum cultivation effects on seed and seed storage methods were studied,to provide reference for the standardization of seed production of Platycodon grandiflorum in Guizhou.The main results are as follows:(1)began to bud Platycodon in May 30 th,after the squaring period,flowering period,flowering period and late flowering and fruiting stage,the crack in the flowering period,flower field reached 80%,flowering duration is 84 d,to fully mature seeds in August 26 th.Platycodon grandiflorum flowering longer,with the top edge,flower and fruit at the same time.At the beginning of July to the end of August,to let the fruit of Platycodon grandiflorum and reasonable fertilization,better energy accumulation,conducive to seed maturation,reduce the percentage of empty seeds.(2)1% urea +3.0% potassium dihydrogen phosphate treatment was the best concentration ratio,the higher 1000 seed weight was 1.3232 g,the germination rate and viability reached the highest,respectively 81.33%,91%,minimum moisture content is 7.26%;the optimal concentration of GA3 was 100 mg/L 6-BA,1.5 mg/L,2 4-D,50 mg/L,compound fertilizer application of Platycodon grandiflorum 20g/m2 can significantly promote plant growth,early August can reduce the water content of medicinal materials of spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate.Therefore,in the flowering period was 1% Platycodon urea +3.0% potassium dihydrogen phosphate or spraying a certain concentration of plant growth regulators can effectively improve the seed quality,in early August,spraying KH2PO4 could improve the quality of medicinal materials.(3)the top seed weight,germination rate and viability could be improved by the removal of top bud,and the seed germination rate was improved.The flower bud removal of the top edge,Platycodon plant reproductive growth stage of Photosynthate was transported to the more lower branching bud seed production,the Plant Platycodon growth slows and can significantly increase the seed quantity and improve the quality of seeds.(4)to save the seed along with the extension of storage time and deterioration in after storage for 9 months,the seed germination potential and germination rate from 86.71% down to0%,91.14% and 3% respectively;the seed water content is high,with prolonged storage period ofgermination potential and germination rate is low.When the seed moisture content was 10.4867%and 7.8741%,germination potential and germination rate were changed from 88.60%,90.65% and85.91%,88.97%,31.33% and 44.33% to 22.67% in 57.78%,after 9 months storage;no vacuum packaging storage conditions,seed germination potential and germination rate from the initial81.03%,89.73% during the 10 months after the fall to 0.33%,1%,and vacuum packaging under the condition of germination potential and germination rate decreased from 88.60% to 22.67%,90.65%,31.33% after 9 months storage.In the production practice,the seeds of Platycodon grandiflorum can reduce the water quality and reduce the water content.
