In order to obtain the suitable ratio of N,P and K fertilizers under single basal fertilizing on flue-cured tobacco, the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the yield and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco “Yunyan 87” were investigated under single basal fertilization by field experiment and pot incubation test. The results showed in the following:1)The yield of single basal fertilization treatment compared with the conventional fertilization, the yield and the amount of dry matter accumulation of tobacco is quite. From the influence of soil nutrient change on fertilizer formula, the effect of soil nutrient on the soil nutrient is very small,so the change of soil nutrient can not be considered in fertilizer formula.2)There were differences in the chemical composition of single basal fertilization and conventional fertilization. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in single basal fertilization fertilizer was different, and the chemical composition of tobacco leaf was also different. The chemical composition of tobacco leaf treated with N-P2O5-K2 O of 1.0: 1.0: 3.0was more harmonious, and its output value, upper and middle tobacco ratio were higher than those of conventional fertilization and other one-time fertilization Produce better economic performance.3)There was a significant positive correlation between the ratio of NH4 +-N and the dry matter weight of the tobacco plant under different of NO3-:NH4+ratio.The larger proportion of ammonium nitrogen was beneficial to the accumulation of dry matter in the tobacco plant,But the cumulative dry matter of 80% ammonium nitrogen treatment is the largest, and the accumulation of N,P and K was the highest.4)There was a significant difference in the activity of NR during the early growth of tobacco plants under different ammonium nitrate treatments, and the activity of NR was the highest in the fertilizer nitrate. But after 60 days, there was no significant difference between the different treatments. The results showed that, the activity of GS of the treatment of pureammonia nitrogen was higher than that of other treatments, and the difference was significant,in the early stage of the growth of tobacco. There was no significant difference between the treatments in the later stage, but the GS activity was still at a high level.Under the different ammonium nitrate treatment, the chemical composition of tobacco leaves, the coordination of chemical composition in the ammonium nitrate ratio of 50%: 50% is more appropriate.5)Based on the amount of dry matter, the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the chemical composition of tobacco leaves, the coordination of chemical composition, the consideration of tobacco production to the pursuit of quality as the main objective, the initial view that ammonium nitrate ratio of 50%: 50% more appropriate6)Based on the results of field experiment(Effects of Different Ratio of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium on Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves under single basal fertilization)and pot experiment(Effects of Different ammonium nitrate ratio on Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves),it is concluded that the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 1: 1: 2.5-3,and the ratio of ammonium nitrate is 1: 1,which can obtain higher economic performance.
