In recent years, with the constant expansion of the cultivation oftobacco for many years, even a lot of abuse fertilizer improper agronomic measures.Tobacco Soil environment has been seriously damaged, soil fertility declined, soilnutrient supply imbalanced. It is difficult to balance mineral nutrition between the soiland tobacco plant, the chemical composition of tobacco disorders, and ultimatelyaffect the availability of the value of the tobacco aroma characteristics and tobacco.Soil is the primary environmental impact on tobacco quality factors, therefore,reasonable collocation of various planting tobacco soil improvement and repair,maintain the balance of soil organic matter and soil mineral nutrition of stability,improve the quality and usability of tobacco, tobacco production to achieve the highyield and quality has become the urgent problem. This test is intended to in theorythrough different fertilizers used in conjunction with a study of the impact of tobaccosoil and tobacco quality, to repair the physical and chemical properties of soil, toimprove the quality of tobacco leaves, and further analysis suitable fertilization for theproduction of high-quality tobacco, to improve the quality of tobacco leaves andtobacco availability to provide basis. The main results are as follows:1.The effects of different fertilizer combinations on the soil nutrient of flue-curedtobacco growing areas.The organic fertilizer was added in varied degrees with the conventionalfertilization of available N, available P, available K, organic matter, in order toimprove the ability of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium supplied by soil. Study on soilpH showed that chemical fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biologicalcarbon treatment of soil pH in tobacco plant in the whole growth period of the moststable, especially in vigorous growing period,the pH of each treatment was started todecline,while T4pH increased by0.05, which can improve the resistance of tobaccoplants; adding mineral fertilizer treatment because it contains many trace mineralelements the variety of soil nutrients, can regulate the proportion of nutrient balance,coordination, increase the content of organic matter in the soil, promote the balance ofeach element in the soil carbon release; biological property because of its own, on soilphosphorus and potassium release has a significant role in promoting, preventing thephosphorus and potassium was fixed by the soil; synthesis that chemical fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbon treatment on balancednutrients release from soil were higher than that of other treatments. 2.The effects of different fertilizer combinations on the growth and developmentof flue-cured tobacco.On the growth of tobacco plant agronomic traits and dry matter accumulation in theprocess of study, T3treatment of fertilizer+Cake+natural mineral elements and thebiological carbon can significantly promote the growth period of tobacco growth anddry matter accumulation, including natural multi-element mineral fertilizer to increasetobacco stem girth and leaf area increased obvious role, especially favorable fortobacco growing after the leaf dry matter accumulation, among them, the leaf drymatter accumulation reached149.8g.which has important effect on tobacco yieldincrease.3. The effects of different fertilizer combinations on physiological indexes andchemical components of the fresh leaves in the growing stages.Add fertilizer, mineral fertilizer, biological carbon, Qingdao fertilizer couldpromote the content of growth period endoplast pigment tobacco, including T4fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbon+Qingdao fertilizersignificantly increased the content of flue-cured tobacco leaf growth period of plastidpigment, T3fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbontreatment of chlorophyll and carotenoid content than T4slightly lower after treatment,significant difference analysis showed no significant difference; display analysis ofchemical components of tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco in the process of growthsignificantly, T3fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbontreatment significantly increased leaf growth and total soluble sugar content in theprocess of leaf potassium content, accumulation, reduce synthesis of nicotine contentin tobacco.4.The effects of different fertilizer combinations on the content of chemicalcompositions and mineral elements in flue-cured tobacco.It was found that chemical indicators, standards of different processing offlue-cured tobacco chemical composition index reached high-quality tobacco,including T3fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbonchemical composition of the most harmonious, the addition of mineral fertilizer couldpromote the content of potassium in flue-cured tobacco, reduce the starch, the contentof nicotine in tobacco leaves by adding; organic fertilizer significantly increased thecontents of mineral elements in tobacco leaves, wherein T3fertilizer+Cake Fertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbon treatment of potassium, calcium, magnesium,manganese, copper content was significantly higher than other treatments, theaddition of mineral fertilizer can obviously coordinated balance of mineral nutrition intobacco leaves, improve the quality of tobacco leaf.5.The effects of different fertilizer combinations on the content of petroleumether extracts and neutral aroma componentsThe study of petroleum ether extract from different proportion of fertilizer onflue-cured tobacco found that, T4treatment could significantly increased the contentof petroleum ether extract of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco, T3, T4content ofpetroleum ether extract of middle leaves were not significant, respectively5.06%,6.09%.The middle leaves cured samples were detected in32kinds of neutral aromacomponents, aroma matter in T4treatment was the highest, and except neophytadieneexternal aroma amount in T2treatment was the highest, add Qingdao fertilizer and biological carbon can improve the neophytadiene content in tobacco leaves, theaddition of mineral fertilizer increasing the content of aroma components exceptneophytadiene outside in tobacco, which affected the carotenoid degradation products,which plays an important role in strong aroma style flue-cured tobaccoThe experiment results show that the T3processing, chemical fertilizers+CakeFertilizer+mineral fertilizer+biological carbon treatment on the physicochemicalproperties of soil and tobacco leaf quality improvement to repair the most prominent,the agronomic traits, chemical composition analysis, the contents of the mineralnutrition, flavor matter content showed better.
