As one of the herb plants of growing edible fungi and pharmaceutical culture medium,the fungus has been widely applied and has obtained some social,economic and ecological benefits.In the process of media production requirements on JunCao dry processing,and the current JunCao commonly used natural drying method is the most simple and low cost,however because of the method depends on the natural climate conditions is very unstable,sun,rain and enzyme decomposition and so on will affect the JunCao drying quality,cause JunCao dry matter loss is quite serious,greatly reduces the JunCao nutritional value?Fresh JunCao dry,the author of this paper is not easy,workers labor intensity is high and the material the development requirements of low efficiency of production,from the analysis of drying characteristics of JunCao itself,presents an flow field numerical simulation analysis of Ansys JunCao drying room temperature distribution,and influence of drying room structure to improve the drying efficiency of the design,for subsequent structure and optimization provides the theoretical basis and reference.The main contents of the research are:(1)Summarizes the principle and research progress of plant-based materials dry JunCao drying process is studied in this method and using dry test platform,the JunCao thin-layer drying experiment reveals the influence law of temperature on the drying process in the process of drying?(2)The numerical simulation and research on the related theory,combined with the structure and working principle of the dryer,determine the methods and steps of numerical simulation,using the ANSYS CFD numerical analysis tool,about JunCao dryers dry indoor flow field and do the analysis and research of the system,and the drying determines the interior flow field control equations and boundary conditions,for certain conditions of temperature field distribution,aiming at the existing problem of temperature distribution in the optimization scheme is put forward?(3)Optimization scheme for numerical simulation and comparison analysis,found that adding wind deflector is helpful to improve the drying room temperature field uniformity,each performance index is improved,thus for JunCao dryers provide theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure?...
