The piston as the main parts of the engine, its working state with the safety andreliability of the engine and durability has inevitable relation, but also has inevitablyassociated with the emission performance of engine, the piston directly related to theperformance of the overall engine performance. In the combustion chamber,high-temperature combustion gas is generated, resulting in the piston top of the piston andtemperature are very high, and the uneven distribution of thermal stress so that the pistonand thermal deformation. With the engine largely increased the degree of enhancement andthermal load level, coupled with some special conditions, making the heat load becomesmore and more apparent. So the piston modeling analysis, its temperature field caneffectively solve this problem. If you have a temperature field of the piston, the piston cancarry out the purpose of the change, to reduce the heat load purposes. As a numerical method, finite element analysis method can solve many large andcomplex problems, it can have many unknowns, engineering has applications in manyareas, in many scientific and technical personnel and engineers engaged in research anddesign is indispensable. So, using the finite element method, the piston temperature fieldanalysis, the changes in the structure of the piston, the piston to improve the safety andreliability is very meaningful. This paper, by using CAD software UG solid modeling was carried out on the piston, established YC6105ZLQ diesel engine piston of the three-dimensional entity graph, andthe piston of the piston top corner size to make a change, the model into finite elementanalysis software ANSYS thermal analysis respectively, it is concluded that theirrespective piston temperature field distribution. Again by the piston temperature fielddistribution of piston top corner whether the change of impact piston do a comparativeanalysis of temperature field distribution and the piston temperature field distribution ofpiston design to provide a reference basis.
