Now sub-soiling technology is widely used in the domestic and foreign countries. Sub-soiling method, you can break the plow pan, and deepen the arable layer. Sub-soiling, means more than the normal plow tillage depth, tillage operations. Because of the perennial plowing farming, which is followed the traditional flat plowing farming. When farming in a certain depth, the soil on the longitudinal profile is at the more obvious level. The underlying subsoil layer, the middle is the plow pan; the upper is the arable layer. The upper layer is good at soil structure; loosen topsoil, as well as gas, liquid, solid. With the increasing of the ratio of coordination adaptation of crop growth, soil moisture and permeability are increasing. Sub-soiling technology can deepen the plow layer, loosen soil structure, reduce soil erosion and water erosion, reduce surface runoff and increase water penetrating, which can also improve the environment; improve soil structure, increase soil organic matter content; as well as increase production, resource utilization, decrease production costs and increase revenue and improve economic efficiency.A good design of sub-soiling shovel, firstly the influence will reduce resistance which considers the design of it. This paper studies parabolic sub-soiling shovel is no exception. For many years, domestic and foreign research scholar sum up our plough body surface, and find those who withstood the test of time and the good performance of the body surface plough.those all can be approximately in some curve or straight line to express. Thus the surface of the body develops plough new design method. In1958they began to determine the vertical element to deep type bending of a series of subsoil plow drawing resistance. The experimental results show that which compared with the linear farming parts bending type of farming parts of the drawing resistance to low7%-20%. And these three factors on the effect of resistance in descending order of importance is C-B-A.By using ANSYS finite element analysis AN SYS workbench on sub-soiling shank for stress, strain stress analysis, through imposing the sub-soiling shank applied load,you can test out the parabolic deep loosening shovel handle has reasonable design and meet the actual need of production.Through the computer simulation and field test, focusing on the different parabolic loosening shovel which is working on the performance test, to further improve the sub-soiling structure, performance parameter. In order to explore one kind of method, this is based on the SPSS statistics software and finite element method in loosening shovel shape optimization design.
