Study On Strains Evaluate And Propagation Technique Of Ardisia Crenata

Ardisia crenata,is an evergreen shrub of Myrsinaceae Ardisia,it is the best-selling ornamental fruit plants in the Spring Festival.In recent years there are many varieties with excellent variation traits,which greatly enriched the ornamental types of Ardisia crenata,for the lack of the appropriate evaluation system and propagation method,resulting in large-scale production and marketing stagnation.In this study,13 strains of Ardisia crenata as the research object,used Analytic Hierarchy Process method to construct the evaluation mode of Ardisia crenata strains ornamental value and then used the mode to evaluating and screening.Orthogonal test method were used to research the best cuttage propagation scheme of 'Golden edge fugui' Ardisia crenata,'Golden fruit'Ardisia crenata,'Big frugui' Ardisia crenata,'Happiness strain' Ardisia crenata.By constructing the rapid propagation system in vitro of 'Golden edge fugui' Ardisia crenata,to achieve the consevation and propagation of the strain.The main results are as follows:(1)This study used the Analytic Hierarchy Process,from 4 aspects of the tree form,leaf,fruit and maintenance difficulty,and 19 indicators such as plant-shape,leaf-shape,fruit-coverage,number of infructescence,fruit-diameter,fruit-shape,Fruiting period,the difficulty of cultivation,etc were used to structure Ardisia crenata ornamental value evaluation model,pairwise comparison the relative importance of judgment matrix and calculate the weight of each index.(2)By using the evaluation system constructed above to evaluate the 13 strains of Ardisia crenata,the higher score strains are follwing:'Red branches','Golden fruit','Red abaxial leaf,'Mini fugui',' Minhou fugui'and 'bright-leaf fugui',6 strains have high ornamental value.(3)The effect of the length of cuttage,the amount of retained leaves and the ratio of substrate on the rooting of 4 strains of Ardisia crenata were studied.The optimum treatment was the length of cuttage was 4-7 cm,leaves one leaf,and the ratio of peat and coconut bran was 3:1.(4)The effect of hormone type,concentration and treatment time of 4 strains of Ardisia crenata in spring and summer cuttage.Comprehensive two test results:There were significant effects of hormone type and hormone concentration on the cuttage of 4 strains of Ardisia crenata,no significant effect on the treatment time.The rooting condition of 'Happiness strain' and 'Golden edge fugui' Ardisia crenata were poor,and the rooting rate was less than 50%.The rooting condition of 'Golden fruit' and 'Big fugui' are better in spring and summer season,the average rooting rate of 'Golden fruit' in summer was 70.40%.'Golden fruit' rooting is best treated with 400 mg · L-1 NAA + 400 mg · L-1 IBA;'Big fugui' rooting is best treated with 400 mg · L-1 ABT1#rooting powder.(5)The establishment of rapid propagation system in vitro of'Golden edge fugui' Ardisia crenata.The,results show that:the best way of sterilization was 0.1%HgCl2 disinfection for 8 minutes,primary culture medium was MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA,start growth rate reached 82.32%,subculture medium was MS+1.0 mg-L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA+0.05 mg·L-1 TDZ,the multiplication coefficient reached 4.27,the rooting medium was 1/2 MS+1.0 mg·L-1 IBA+1.0 mg·L-1 NAA,the rooting rate reached 79.11%.
