The Research And Design Of A Small Skidding Tractor

With growth of plantations and secondary forest,the reduce of mature wood production volume,more and more attention was paid to the thinning operation,the usage amount of thinning wood is increasing year by year.Transport skidding as the main work of thinning process,which largely determines economic benefits and ecological benefits of the whole forest operations.Thinning area has the characteristics of uneven terrain,small volume,small spacing and skidding dispersed locations,therefore,a flexible,small size,high efficiency,stable operation of the skidding of small skidding tractor was put forward.Basing on the investigation of the existing logging transportation equipment structure and working principle,existing logging technology and the development trend in the future,by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comparative analysis of several common skidding methods,a crawler small skidding tractor suitable for thinning operation was established,the overall structure and layout of small skidding tractor were determined,and the main parameters and the transmission system of small skidding tractor was designed and selected.The hydraulic winch of small skidding tractor was selected;the mounting plate and walking mechanism were designed,the structure of the walking mechanism of "Four-wheel area" was determined.The SolidWorks Simulation was used to check the key components,through the static analysis of the key components,the nephograms of stress,strain and deformation were obtained,which verifies the strength and stiffness of the key parts meet the needs of the application,the natural frequency of the rigid support were obtained by modal analysis to avoid the small tractor operation resonance phenomenon.Through the analysis on the driving performance of the small skidding tractors,the relationship between the driving stability,passage capacity,obstacle performance and the structure parameters of the skidding tractors was given and the relationship graph was also drew,and the anti-tilting angle,anti-roll angle of the skidding tractors,the span width of the trench,the height of vertical obstacle were also seek out,the results show that the machine has good driving performance.Through the analysis of skidding experiment and experimental data,skidding operation power was defined,the regression equations between the skidding operation power and skidding,skidding distance,train load were established,the causes of the change of skidding operation power was explained scientifically.This paper verifies the small skidding tractors with reasonable structure,good performance,can adapt to the conditions of thinning area,meets the demand of skidding operation,has a certain significance to improve the operation efficiency of forestry and to promote the development of modern forestry machinery.
