Through the analysis of active ingredient and harmful substances in bowl-growing tray of straw, the change in the shape and structure of the plate during the process of seeding, the influnce of seedling quality aspects research on the bowl, The paper give some micro level evaluatation on trays and provide some basic datas on seedling management, trays degradation, the impact on rice yield of research.First, the main contents of this experiment is the structural and shape changes in the course of seedling, through different periods of the growing tray observation of morphology and size measurements, the results showed that the maintaining the amount of water, the appearance of trays do not change, which were suitable for tray handling and mechanical transplanting; followed by the chemical analysis of elements with different methods,including the detection and analysis of major nutrients N, P, K, Si content and changes in cellulose and lignin content, the apparent PH value changes, the content of heavy metals of the seedling trays. The results showed that the total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content were 2.1g/kg, 1.67g/kg, 9.4 g / kg respectively,which were higher than the average value of paddy soil; The efficient silicon content were 12.45mg/kg and the value increased to 14.98 mg / kg with the time prolong in the seedling process; the contents of lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium were 3.9 mg / kg, 0.360 mg / kg, 8.65×10-3 mg / kg, 18×10-3 mg / kg, which were lower than the content value in the soil rice cultivation; Finally, with comparative analysis of the seedling plastic trays quality, Seedling emergence rate increased 0.1%, strain level increased 0.2 cm, stem base increased 0.2 mm width, the tiller rate decreased 0.1 and the root length incresded 0.3cm than that in the plastic soft trays, with the same root number and same color, the overall quality was better.
