Haikou close to Qiongzhou Strait, Typhoon frequently, City Park green landscape often so by great damage, therefore, paper through on Haikou super typhoon "ramasun" invasion 100 species of commongarden plants wind damage and morphological correlation indices survey in the Haikou city,using Analytic Hierarchy Process on measuring indices for quantitative processing, and Delphi method for indices filter, again with comprehensive evaluation method on damaged indices, and fuzzy membership function method on form indices respectively for integrated score. According to the composite score for clustering analysis to explore the Park garden plants resistance to wind strength and damaged relationships between indices, to established a form of wind resistance strength prediction system, designed for when selecting a wind-resistant landscape plants in the park to provide methods,proposed principles of wind-resistant garden planting and cultiva-tion wind mitigation for garden plants provide a frame of reference. The main findings are as follows:(1)Determined the Park gardens 9 evaluation of wind resistance of plant morphology. Delphi advice show, involved a convergence of ideas, so delete leaf shape (P3), single-leaf (P11), the type of bark (P18) indicators. r2, r6, r7, r3 target priority is less than 0.6, R1 is not easy to get so delete, through theoretical analysis, consulting experts and industry professionals, each indicator developed grade.(2)Types of trees, roots, tree diameter at breast height and tree height effect on wind resistance of plants, stem straightness and high impact. Garden wind resistance of plant morphology in Haikou City Park followed by tree type weight size> root> dbh> height> leaf layer condition> crown> straightness> high. With the highest tree type weight (w=0.2620), the root system (w=0.195), diameter at breast height (w=0.1252) and tree height (w=0.1115) and stem straightness (w=0.053) and high (w=0.0278) minimum.(3)Wind damaged composite score and forms wind resistance sexual function score of cluster analysis results are basically the same, and method of fuzzy membership function can be used as evaluation method for wind resistance of Palm plants and tree morphological indices can be used to predict the strength of wind resistance of landscape plants in the Park. Through integrated wind damage score and shape the wind resistance of membership function value survey from cluster analysis can be carried out respectively 100 Park garden plants are divided into 3. groups. The two types vof clustering results in 81 species of plants classified in complete agreement,17 species of similar classification,2 species of plant classification rating of exactly the opposite situation.(4)Wind-resistant landscape plants in Haikou park selection can be divided into three levels. I wind resistance level of 42 species, can do the tone tree species,35 species of wind resistance of grade, can be used for main tree species. Wind resistance of grade 23 species of species, recommends using less or use under certain conditions.(5)Through the wind plant's principles and configuration is designed to provide general direction for Haikou Park wind-resistant landscape plants reference. Windbreak planting and landscaping of the Park requires a combination of four principles:local biodiversity, partition compatibility of wind resistance and wind and landscape. Application of wind plant:shelterbelt planting,windward planting, leeward side planting, air inlet area, sheltered area.
