Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Campus Greening

The green space in campus is an important part of urban green space,which is of great significance to the city development and landscape appearance.The reasonable planning and construction can show the spiritual outlook and cultural atmosphere of a campus.Therefore,it is particularly important to evaluate the campus greening comprehensively.Also,evaluating the campus greening quantitatively and qualitatively,objectively and subjectively has become the sustainable construction and development of campus greening.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of Campus Greening based on the analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.The evaluation system includes two parts: the subjective evaluation and the objective evaluation.The subjective evaluation obtains the campus greening users' evaluation(students and faculty)on campus greening through questionnaire.The objective evaluation refers to the evaluation and scoring of the campus greening index evaluation system constructed by the method of chromatography.The index system refer to four criteria levels and 10 indicators,including basic indicators,greening structure indicators,landscape indicators and educational indicators.The synthetic evaluation of subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation results,and problems are found according to the evaluation results and corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.Based on the old and new campus of shandong agricultural university for practical cases,comprehensive evaluation system of campus greening actual verification,get two campuses of ratings: the comprehensive evaluation score of the old campus of Shandong Agricultural University is 81.39,and the evaluation result is "excellent";the comprehensive evaluation score of the new campus of Shandong Agricultural University is 79.19,and the evaluation result is "good".Under the guidance of the evaluation system,it was found that there were problems in plant diversity,preciousness,landscape,scientific research,popularization of science and other aspects.Therefore,corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed.The university campus greening maintenance fee(WTP)was investigated by the method of willingness payment.The results showed that 62.7% of the faculty and 61.2% of the students were willing to pay the greening maintenance fee.The average WTP of the faculty and staff was 89.05 yuan /(per)person,and the average WTP of the students was 35.68 yuan / person.Through variance analysis and difference analysis on the willingness of the two groups of users to afforest maintenance costs and social background,it could be found that the average monthly income of different families,the number of family population and the average monthly living expenses of students had significant differences and significant correlations on campus afforest maintenance costs.Among the faculty and staff,the family population was negatively correlated with WTP.With the increase of the family population,the lower the price was willing to pay.The faculty and student groups were positively correlated with the willingness to pay price in the two variables of family per capita monthly income and average monthly living expenses respectively.With the increase of family per capita monthly income and average monthly living expenses,the higher the willingness to pay price is.According to the willingness of the two types of users to pay the price,it can be estimated that the overall willingness to pay of all teachers and students in the school exceeds the school's annual investment in the maintenance of campus greening.The side proved that the school should be encouraged to pay more attention to campus greening and increase its investment in campus greening.Through the actual case shows that the comprehensive evaluation system constructed by the combination of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation has certain operability and popularization,which has guiding significance for the improvement of university campus greening,provides reference for other universities to carry out greening evaluation,provides scientific analysis and evaluation basis for university campus greening level.Also,it provides reference basis and theoretical support for university campus green space planning and evaluation.Therefore,it has important reference value and guide for the planning in future campus green space and plant landscape construction.
