Poultry hatching and breeding industry is an important part of China's agriculture,one of the main ways of increasing farmers' income.With the rapid development of the poultry industry in our country,the production of hatching machine is also booming up with the gradual emergence of kinds of hatching machine.But the problem,energy-consuming too much and low-tech which lead to high cost in incubation,has become one of the obstacles to the development of the incubator industry.Energy conservation has become the inevitable problem on the mechanized road of development of the incubator industry.The lower farming cost leads to the strong competitiveness.Only by establishing a kind of healthy and zero-emission breed industry,can provide support for the continued development of the poultry industry.This paper presents the design of a new type of high-temperature ground source heat pump Incubation System for the problems,such as high energy consumption and cost,low degree of automation,environmentally unfriendly and high-temperature radiation on eggs;exist in the hatch equipment in our country.This type of incubator machine uses a heat pump energy-saving technology,combined with the shallow geothermal resources to achieve effective energy of the incubation equipment.The high temperature ground source heat pump hatch system on the one hand to meet the egg hatching functions of incubator machine,on the other hand also realize building space cooling or hatching eggs refrigerated,which leads to significant economic,social,ecological and comprehensive energy efficiency.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Design and build a high-effective ground source heat pump incubator system experimental platform,including the detailed design and selection of system parameters and equipment.The system has two functions,egg hatching and refrigeration.The heat generated by the hot water unit of the system is used for egg hatching,and the cold is used to adjust and improve the temperature of the egg storage room or poultry house,which improve energy utilization and system energy efficiency.(2)Optimize the design of the cooling condenser inside the incubator.Replace the heating wire with hot water as the heat transfer medium of the incubator heat source,which realize the low-temperature hot water radiation heating and avoid the impact of radiation on the eggs of high-effective of heating wire.By increasing the cooling area of the condenser inside the incubator,so that the internal temperature field uniformity is improved,the other hand can effectively reduce the power of the mean temperature,so as to achieve the goal of reducing system energy consumption.(3)Conduct no-load test to the system and egg hatching test.No-load test is mainly to test the comprehensive performance,such as temperature field uniformity of hatching effective area,the hatching machine temperature rise and thermal insulation properties and other parameters,at last make the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the performance of the incubator system.Combined with the egg hatching test,rate of hatchability and child health,and system energy efficiency can be tested,at the same time,the system economics can also be evaluated.(4)Make use of Airpak module of fluent fluid calculation software to model and simulate hatching machine,which mainly include temperature field and wind field modeling and simulation inside the incubator.Analyze the temperature field uniformity and ventilation inside the incubator through the simulation results to check whether the hatching machine reaches the industry standard or not.Compare the simulation results with the experimental test data to test the design of the incubator,which will also be conducive to the next optimization.
