| In the 21st century,with the development of ecological tourism,forest park construction has made greater progress.Forest park,as an important place for the development of ecological tourism,is the important carrier to promote ecological culture,construct ecological civilization.It has many important functions,such as protecting the ecology,spreading ecological civilization,providing recreation and entertainment places for national people,increasing local employment,and so on.By recreating in forest park,tourism consumers could achieve a variety of utility,such as alleviating stress,improving health,obtaining forest and ecological knowledge,enhancing friendship.The benefits,coming from forest park by providing the opportunity of recreation and entertainment,can be evaluated from multiple angles.Current academic researches have mainly evaluated forest park’s tourism benefit from the macro point.Few academic researches have studied it from the micro point.So,the study researches this problem from the point of consumer’s perception.It will be conducive to improving the tourism benefit of the forest park,exert the principal function of forest park and promote the development of forest park tourism.This study consists of seven chapters.Firstly,introduces the background of the study and gives a comprehensive review about research status of forest park’s tourism benefits at home and abroad,and puts forward the questions and ideas of the study.Secondly,by using the forest park benefits theory,tourism products’ utility theory,tourism motivation theory and consumer perception theory,the study analyzes the concept and composition of forest park tourism benefits based on consumers’ perception.The forest park tourism benefits,based on consumers’ perception,are divided into two parts:functional benefits and symbolic benefits.On the basis of that,selects the evaluation indexes of forest park tourism benefits,designs questionnaire and takes Fuzhou National Forest Park as empirical cases.Then,statistical analysis method,reliability analysis method,and validity test method are carried out on the preliminary analysis of the overall statistical sample,to judge the quality and availability of the survey data.The study uses factor analysis method to extract the evaluation indexes of the forest park tourism benefits based on consumers’ perception,including 6 major indexes:healthcare benefit,self-improvement benefit,spiritual enjoyment benefit,ecological education benefit,social interaction benefit and patriotic education benefit.Then,with the IPA analysis of the consumers’ perceptual result of forest park tourism benefits,the study finds that Fuzhou National Forest Park has advantage in healthcare benefit and spiritual enjoyment benefit;the importance and actual performance results of self-improvement benefit,social interaction benefit and patriotic education benefit are low;ecological education benefit should be improved.Finally,according to the analysis results,the study summarizes the existing problems in the tourism development of forest park;puts forward countermeasures to improve forest park tourism benefit from five aspects including improving external traffic conditions,improving forest park tourism products,optimizing tourism interpretation system,perfecting tourism infrastructure,and improving the quality of forest park tourism services.The innovative point of this study is mainly reflected on:analyzes the composition of the forest park tourism benefits based on the perspective of consumers’ perception;draws the main composition indexes of forest park tourism benefits based on consumers’ perception;analyzes the actual performance of forest park in meeting the demand of consumers and puts forward the improvement direction. |
