In current days informationization of agriculture has become an important worldwide agriculture development strategy and it has been a key force for agriculture production,economic development.China is a major agriculture dependent country,and has been under transition stage into modern agriculture,thus informationization of agriculture plays an important role for future development.During this transition stage,production and management departments desperately need to upgrade the current monitoring and data collecting techniques since the increasing request for agricultural data set such as production analysis,nutrition analyze,pest control and climate change.With the development of Mobile Geographic Information System technique,it has been widely utilized in agricultural data collection and replaced the typical manual graphic technique in innovative ideas.Mobil GIS,composite GIS,GPS location,wireless connection techniques strengthen the GIS technique in different ways: mobile GIS is the combination product of network technology,wireless communication,and GPS location techniques,it gets rid of the limitation from location and wire transmission media and make it easier for on time data collection,uploading and synchronizing.The mobile GIS has been used in military,agricultural and forestry industry and became the most recent research trend.The present of mobile GIS has gradually reached an agricultural informationization revolution,a new generation of data monitoring and enhance the overall service level.The traditional agricultural data sorting is mainly based on manual analysis of remote sensing images,and it is a huge amount of tedious job.Combining the information technology and network development,when uses intelligent terminal to communicate with the individual farmer make the investigation process more efficient and accurate.Thus,considering some of the shortcomings existing in data collection process,we proposed an analytical system to connect the central service based on Android system and ultimately enhance the efficiency and accuracy.The available data is provided by ministry of agriculture department of remote sensing located in Wuhan,it includes a basic map for Hubei province agriculture distribution map.The research method includes mobile and service terminal architecture design.The goal is to combine both ideas from operator and farmers,and design a data collection and analysis system.The development method collect the data from individual and the operator can analyze the data in remote terminal,compared to the typical method,this one is easier to operate and save the expense on investigation.
