| "In January 2015 and January 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Yunnan twice and made important speeches.In January 2015 and January 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Yunnan twice and delivered important speeches,asking Yunnan to "make efforts to promote the construction of modern agriculture" and"speed up the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and strengthen highland special agriculture".In recent years,Yunnan has been attaching great importance to the development of agricultural informatization,and has been taking the level of agricultural informatization development as an important standard to measure its own agricultural level,efficiently integrating resources to promote the rapid development of agricultural informatization,focusing on information technology to empower the development of highland agriculture,and promoting high-quality agricultural development.However,it should be seen that the development level of agricultural informatization in Yunnan Province still lags behind the more developed provinces and cities at home and abroad.The study and introduction of agricultural informatization development evaluation system can not only improve the efficiency of agricultural production and agricultural operation,reduce costs and increase productivity,but also promote the modernization of agriculture in Yunnan Province and help agricultural producers to increase their income and get rich.Through a comprehensive study of new public service theory,information productivity theory,information market theory and informatization for economic growth theory,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the development status of agricultural informatization,its overall level and its development efficiency in Yunnan Province from 2018 to 2021,and explores in detail the important role of agricultural informatization in economic development by developing a multidimensional index system and applying the entropy weight method.Meanwhile,the explanatory variables were selected as economic factors,financial factors,science and technology innovation factors and information factors,and the indicators of relevant explanatory variables were selected for regression analysis.The results of the study are as follows:1.the development level of agricultural informatization in Yunnan Province is improving,but the overall development level of agricultural informatization in Yunnan Province is low;2.the development level of agricultural informatization in each state varies significantly,among which the development level of agricultural informatization in Kunming City is higher;3.the development of agricultural informatization in Yunnan Province is influenced by four aspects: economic factors,financial factors,information factors and science and technology innovation factors.Finally,the authors introduce typical cases of agricultural informatization construction in Yunnan Province in recent years based on their own experience of research and investigation in various states and cities,and put forward policy suggestions such as optimizing the development environment of agricultural informatization,improving the level of production informatization,improving the level of operation informatization,improving the capacity of rural management informatization and improving the level of service informatization. |
