As an important oil crop,soybean's characteristics and nutritional value of oil are closely related to its fatty acid composition and ratio.Therefore,increasing the content of soybean oil,improving the fatty acid composition,and improving its oxidation resistance have become the main goals of soybean fatty acid optimization.As early as the 1970s,China has applied rare earths to agricultural production.After decades of development,it has begun to take shape.The research group has confirmed in many years of experiments that rare earth has significant effects on soybean yield,stress resistance,photosynthesis rate,nutrient accumulation,protein accumulation and quality.In order to further study the effects of rare earth on fatty acid composition and content of high-oil soybean seeds.In this pot experiment,soybean Dongnong47,and Dongnong61 were used as experimental materials.Spraying different concentrations of LaCl3 solution,CeCl3 solution and LaCl3+CeCl3 solution in seedling stage and flowering stage to measure soybean yield and some physiological indexes of leaves.Using gas chromatography to determine the content of fatty acids in soybean grains and leaves in different periods,to evaluate the ratio of soybean fatty acids by calculating the content of unsaturated fatty acids,index unsaturated fatty acid and double bond index.To study the effect of rare earth on the quality of soybean seeds,to provide data support for clarifying the mechanism.It has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for improving soybean yield and quality in HeiLongJiang Province.The results showed that:(1)The Fatty acid composition of soybean grains in different periods can be adjusted by spraying rare earth solution on the leaf surface.For grain stage of Dongnong 47,Under the treatment of 150mg·L-1 LaCl3,palmitic acid,stearic acid and oleic acid had the highest contents,and increased significantly by 6.60%,12.97%and 11.49%compared with CK;The content of linoleic acid was the lowest,significantly decreased by 13.15%.For yellow-ripe stage,Under the treatment of 60mg·L-1 CeCl3,the contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid were the lowest,reduced significantly by 3.09%,3.20%and 7.20%compared with CK;the oleic acid content was highest and increased significantly by 6.28%;the contents of palmitic acid and linoleic acid were highest under the treatment of 30mg·L-1 CeCl3,and significantly increased by 4.06%and 5.47%compared with CK;the content of oleic acid was the lowest,significantly reduced by 5.96%.For grain stage of Dongnong 61,Under the treatment of 200mg·L-1 LaCl3,the content of oleic acid was the lowest,significantly reduced by 5.45%compared with CK;and the content of linoleic acid was the highest,increased by 4.88%;The palmitic acid content was the highest under the treatment of 40mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3,significantly increased by 5.67%compared with CK;and the content of stearic acid was the lowest,reduced by 1.42%.For yellow-ripe stage,The stearic acid,linoleic acid,and linolenic acid contents were the highest under 150mg·L-1 LaCl3 treatment,increased significantly by 5.29%,9.71%,and 7.89%.(2)The fatty acid composition and content of soybean grains can be adjusted and optimized soybean quality by spraying rare earth solution on the leaf surface.For Dongnong 47,The optimization effect was best under the treatment of 60mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3,Palmitic acid content and linolenic acid content were the lowest,significantly reduced by 5.94%and 12.30%compared with CK;The content of unsaturated fatty acids,unsaturated fatty acids/saturated fatty acids,and the double bond index were the highest,increased significantly by 1.14%,7.50%,and 5.07%.For Dongnong 61,Under 40mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3 treatment,optimization effect was the best,palmitic acid and linolenic acid content were the lowest,significantly reduced by 3.94%and 6.90%compared with CK,and the oleic acid content was the highest,increased significantly by 12.23%.The effect of increasing the degree of unsaturation was the best under the treatment of 100mg·L-1 LaCl3,the content of unsaturated fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid/saturated fatty acid and double bond index were the highest,increased by 0.03%(P>0.05),0.12%(P>0.05)and 0.88%(P>0.05)respectively compared with CK.(3)The fatty acid composition and content of soybean leaves can be adjusted by spraying rare earth solution on the leaf surface.For Dongnong 47,Under the treatment of 30mg·L-1 CeCl3,the content of stearic acid and saturated fatty acid were the lowest,reduced by 10.76%(P>0.05)and 0.77%(P>0.05)compared with CK,and the content of linoleic acid and unsaturated fatty acid were the highest,increased by 1.57%and 0.34%.For Dongnong61,Under the treatment of 60mg·L-1 CeCl3,the content of stearic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid were the lowest,reduced by 7.17%(P<0.05),0.48%(P>0.05)and 13.07%(P<0.05)compared with CK;Linolenic acid,unsaturated fatty acid,index unsaturated fatty acid and double bond index were the highest,increased of 7.36%,1.59%,3.13%,and 6.68%.(4)The rare earth solution increased the yield and constituent factors of soybean by spraying on the leaf surface.For Dongnong 47,Under the treatment of 70mg·L-1LaCl3+Cel3,the effect of increasing yield was the best and increased by 23.42%(P>0.05);Under the treatment of 30mg·L-1 CeCl3,the number of seeds per plant increased significantly by 17.78%;under the treatment of 150mg·L-1 LaCl3,100-grain weight increased significantly by 20.44%:For Dongnong61,Under the treatment of 150mg·L-1 LaCl3,the effect of increasing yield was the best and increased by 25.94%(P>0.05);Under the treatment of 40mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3,the number of pods per plant increased significantly by 45%;under the treatment of 90mg·L-1 CeCl3,the 100-grain weight increased significantly by 9.11%.(5)The rare earth solution increased the content of photosynthetic pigments and proline,and reduced the content of malondialdehyde of soybean by spraying on the leaf surface.For Dongnong 47,Under 70mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3 treatment,the photosynthetic pigment content was the highest,significantly increased by 45.77%compared with CK,and malondialdehyde content was the lowest,significantly reduced by 62.55%;Under 30mg·L-1 CeCl3 treatment,proline content was the highest,significantly increased by 31.90%.For Dongnong 61,The content of photosynthetic pigments was highest under the treatment of 40mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3,and the content of proline was highest under the treatment of 100mg·L-1 LaCl3;The content of malondialdehyde was the lowest under the 90mg·L-1 CeCl3 treatment,significantly reduced by 55.85%.
