In this study, soymeal fermented through probiotics was utilized to take the place of conventionally fermented soymeal to feed piglets(group 1),of conventionally fermented soymeal and fish meal to feed piglets(group 2)and of conventionally fermented soymeal in combination with antibiotics to feed piglets(group 3),among which the group fed with conventionally fermented soymeal was taken as the control group, taking measurement and making comparison in blood physiological and biochemical indexes, growth performance of the piglets, diarrhea rate, mucosal morphology of small intestine and activity of digestive enzyme of the small intestine among piglets in different groups to verify from multiple perspective whether the soymeal fermented through probiotics is significantly superior to the conventionally fermented soymeal and provide reference and basis for further optimization of manufacturing process for soymeal fermented through probiotics. The results from the study indicated that:1.Effect of soymeal fermented through probiotics on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of weaned piglets:(1)the effect of soymeal fermented through probiotics on blood physiological of the weaned piglets: compared with the control group, the piglets in test group 1 and test group 2 were found to experience decrease in the counts of white blood cells(P < 0.05)and increase of the hemoglobin contents and hematokrit(HCT)in piglets in the Test group 1(P < 0.05);(2)effect of soymeal fermented through probiotics on blood and biochemical indexes of the weaned piglets: compared with the control group, test group 1 saw decrease in content of urea nitrogen(P < 0.05),test group 2 showed decrease in counts of white blood cells(P < 0.05)and group 1 showed increase in hemoglobin contents and hematokrit(HCT)(P < 0.05);2.Effect of soymeal fermented through probiotics on weaned piglets' health and growth performance: piglets in group 1 enjoyed higher total weight gain and daily weight gain than those in the control group and other groups(P < 0.05),had a higher daily food consumption than those of piglets in group 3(P < 0.01),and the ratio between feed consumption and weight gain for piglets in group 1 was the lowest(P< 0.05)and diarrhea rate in group 2 was higher than that in that of the control group and other groups(P< 0.05).3.Effect of soymeal fermented through probiotics on mucosal morphology of small intestine of weaned piglets by assay of paraffin section technique:(1)duodenum: compared with the control group, mucous membrane in group 1,group 2 and group 3 were found to have increase in mucosa thickness(P < 0.01);ratio of villus height and crypt(V/C)depth in group 3 was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.01);(2)mid jejunum: compared with the control group, piglets in group 1 enjoyed higher villus height and higher raito villus height and crypt(V/C)(P < 0.01);mucosa thickness in group 1 was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05);(3)ileum: compared with the control group, group 1 saw lower mucosa thickness(P < 0.01).4.Measurement by radioimmunoassay Effects of soymeal fermented through probiotics on the activities of digestive enzyme in various segments of weaned piglets: the activities of maltase, lactase, sucrose and amylase in group 1 were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the activity of amulase in ileum was high than that in the control group(P < 0.01);and the activity of amulase in ileum for group 3 was high than those for other groups(P<0.05).The results from the study showed that feeding efficacy of soymeal fermented through probiotics was better than that through conventionally fermented soymeal for piglets in group 1,which needs to be verified through further research and study. The results from this study will provide reference for further optimization of manufacturing process of fermenting soymeal.
