Rabbit coccidiosis is the most common parasitic disease that has serious impact on the health of rabbits;it is widely distributed in the rabbits of different days of age,The patient rabbits with parasite,whose growth and development are seriously affected,will become the source of infection.1.The Investigation and Analysis of Rabbit Coccidial Infection in a Meat Rabbit Farm of Fujian Province.Collect 587 feces samples of rabbits of different days of age in a suburb of rabbit farm in Fuzhou,use the floating method of saturated salt water and the counting method of McMaster to investigate and analyze the infection rate of rabbit coccidiosis,OPG value,the distribution of coccidian oocysts in the rabbits,the coccidian species and its dominant species and so on.As shown in the results,in the farm,the average infection rate of rabbit coccidiosis was 85.86%,the average OPG value was 11865,the individual OPG was up to 466000.The infection rate of rabbit coccidiosis in 40 days of age,50 days of age and 60 days of age is significantly higher than that of 20 days of age,30 days of age,75 days of age and 90 days of age(P<0.05),the OPG value in the rabbits of 40 days of age was the highest,it was higher than that of 20 days of age,75 days of age and 90 days of age(P<0.01).it has no significant difference between that of 50 days of age,30 days of age and 60 days of age;the OPG value is negative binomial distributed in the rabbits.13 kinds of Eimeria,which are all mixed infection,are detected in the survey,E.nagpurensis,E.perforans,E.magna and E.coecicola are all dominant species.2.Effect of different drugs on the sporulation rate of Rabbit Coccidiosis oocystSelected 10 kinds of anticoccidal drugs,disinfectants and 2 kinds of osmotic agents,the drugs which can effectively inhibit the rabbit coccidian oocysts from external environment,The results are shown as follows:(a)The rate of 5 kinds of anticoccidial drugs which inhibit rabbit coccidian oocysts from being sporulated is shown as follows:Toltrazuril Solution>Decoquinate Premix>Dinitolmide Premix>Diclazuril Premix>Amprolium Hydrochloride and sulfaquioxaline Sodium,the inhibitory rate of median effective dose is that:Amprolium Hydrochloride and sulfaquioxaline Sodium>Diclazuril Premix>Dinitolmide Premix>Decoquinate Premix>Toltrazuril Solution.Take 15 ml-L-1 Toltrazuril Solution effect of 8h has the strongest inhibitory on the sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts,(b)The rate of 5 kinds of disinfectants which inhibit rabbit coccidian oocyst from being sporulated is shown as follows:Carbon disulfide>Phenol>Ammonia>Symclosene>Tincture of iodine,Carbon disulfide has the best effect among disinfectants,during the 4h when 6%concentration of carbon disulfide plays the role in oocysts,it can completely inhibit rabbit coccidian oocysts from being sporulated.(c)Observation 2 kinds of osmotic agents which inhibit rabbit coccidian oocysts from being sporulated combined effects on the drugs,Synergic inhibit the rabbit coccidian oocysts is shown as follows:5%AZONE>50%Dimethyl sulfone>2.5%AZONE>25%Dimethyl sulfone.(d)Test of restrain sporulation of the rabbit coccidiosis oocysts using drugs showed that the drug resistance of rabbit coccidiosis oocysts with strong toxicity in descending order was E.magna>E.stieda>E.irresidu>E.intestinal.
