China is the world's first aquaculture country,since the reform and opening up,the aquaculture industry have achieved rapid development.Compared with the current domestic aquaculture industry scale and technology level of foreign fishing equipment,fishery modernization development in China is relatively backward,mechanization,low intelligence,especially in the aspects of feeding.The common artificial feeding is the main way of using tools such as shovel throwing feed,uniform feeding can not be guaranteeed.This method is time-consuming,laborious,labor intensity,and even a waste of feed,Pollution of water quality,affect the growth of fish.With the promotion of fishery machinery,feeding machine is widely used,and gradually replace the manual feeding.The simple automatic feeding machine has the problems of low accuracy,low storage capacity,weak stability,low feeding efficiency and so on.Therefore,relevant research institutions or enterprises have made design automatic feeding system,but most of them suitable for indoor cages or factory farming,the study of ordinary pond automatic feeding systems rarely mentioned.The main content of this topic is to develop a set of automatic control system which is suitable for the automation of ordinary pond,all day long and long cycle operation.The main content of the system is research intelligent feeding technology and feeding control method.Feeding technology mainly includes the construction of the growth model of aquaculture object and feeding plan:feeding rate,feeding frequency and feeding time.The feeding control mainly through the process of feeding machine automatic control and processing of sensor signal feedback.The research of intelligent investment fed mainly for complex pond aquaculture system,it suffers aquaculture water,feeding methods and climate conditions,many factors of influence.And breeding objectives cast feed amount and many kinds of factors,such as temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen and water quality parameters and atmospheric pressure,solar radiation and other meteorological parameters.All the variables are not independent of each other,mutual coupling relationship exists between them,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model of effective Whether classical control theory or modern control theory,the traditional control methods are difficult to achieve good control effect,the specific performance in nonlinear and real-time environment change and multi variable coupling Therefore,this system uses the method of fuzzy logic control.In the design of fuzzy controller,the water temperature(SW),dissolved oxygen(RY)and fish(GG)specification as fuzzy input variables,the feeding rate of K,shots cast feeding frequency and feeding correction degree of R C as output fuzzy variables,fuzzy method for average maximum membership degree method(mom),the fuzzy association rules for SW and GG corresponding K and C,SW,RY corresponding R.To realize the intelligent control of feeding,this paper first analyzes the user needs and functional requirements,design the overall structure of the system and the technical route.Summarizes the main functions of the system are:accurate timing,feed weight,remote monitoring,unmanned and according to the external environment of real-time strain.Combining with the technology of PLC,according to the control system as a whole,according to the function to the control program is divided into a plurality of parts,draw system program flow chart to clearly show that the action of the order and conditions,based on S7-200 command set to the front steps of the procedure flow chart with PLC programming language implementation.Finally,carry out tilapia pond culture 5 month trial period,the feeding system is debugged and run for a long time,The results show that the design scheme of the system has high reliability and stability.Intelligent investment feeding systems use more advanced feeding control method,to solve the traditional feeding way of various incurable diseases,is a new attempt in modern control technology on the basis of the culture of,for future aquaculture intelligent development provides strong support and promote.
