According to statistics,our country’s total population will reach 1.424 billion in 2022.The huge population means that the demand for food is increasing day by day.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for food quality are becoming more and more strict,especially the demand for high-quality animal protein is growing rapidly.Fish is rich in high-quality animal protein,and aquaculture has made a significant contribution to meeting people’s dietary needs.Among them,outdoor pond culture is one of the main modes of aquaculture in our country.In the process of aquaculture,intelligent feeding control technology plays a crucial role in scientific aquaculture,precise feeding and fish health.The traditional feeding method is time-consuming and labor-intensive,lacks effective supervision and management,easily causes feed waste and water quality and environmental pollution,and cannot meet the technical requirements of modern aquaculture.The development trend of the aquaculture industry is green and intelligent.It is necessary to monitor the water quality parameters of the pond to ensure the healthy living environment of the fish,and to achieve precise feeding during the feeding process of the fish to avoid bait waste.Aiming at the current situation of traditional outdoor pond culture and management,this paper designs a set of intelligent bait feeding control system for outdoor aquaculture ponds that combines machine vision technology,sensor technology and single chip technology.The system takes PC and STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the control core,uses machine vision technology to detect the feeding status of fish in each pond in real time,and realizes accurate feeding.It integrates dissolved oxygen sensor,water temperature sensor,p H sensor and water level sensor as the pond water quality acquisition unit.Real-time monitoring of the main water quality parameters of the pond to ensure the health of the water quality of the pond.This system can meet the future development trend of the aquaculture industry.At the same time,the application of machine vision and image detection technology to the detection of fish feeding status can effectively obtain relevant data and provide technical support for digital agriculture.This paper completes the following work:(1)The hardware system is designed.It includes a water quality monitoring module,an image acquisition module and a feeding control module.(2)The software system is designed.Including the main interface design module,image acquisition and preprocessing module,fish feeding status recognition module,water quality monitoring and control module,serial communication module.(3)The evaluation method of fish feeding state based on texture features is studied.(4)Establish a parameter weighted fusion model based on the independent weight method.(5)A recognition model of fish feeding state based on support vector machine is established.(6)Based on sensor technology,a detection scheme for key parameters of water quality in pond groups is designed.
