| The experiment was carried on from October,2014 to June,2016,including field experiment and pot experiment.Its material was the wheat variety "Jimai 22".According to the different amount of attapulgite water retaining agent,five test treatments were set up:CK(50 kg/667 m2 compound,no attapulgite retention agent),T1(50 kg/667 m2 and 0.5 kg/667m2 attapulgite water retention agent),T2(applied compound fertilizer 50 kg/667m2 and I kg/667m2 attapulgite water retaining agent),T3(compound fertilizer 50 kg/667m2 and 1.5 kg/667m2 attapulgite water),T4(cast compound 50 kg/667 m2 and 2 kg/667 m2 of attapulgite water retaining agent).The effects of different treatments on the growth physiological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,yield,quality and soil physical and chemical properties of dryland wheat were studied.The results of this study are as follows:1 Effect of Different Attapulgite Water-retaining Agents on Growth and Development of Dryland WheatThe different amount of attapulgite water retaining agent had an influence on the growth characteristics of wheat.The tiller number,plant height and panicle length of all treated wheat showed T3>T2>T1>CK>T4,the highest of T3,T2 was the lowest,T4 was the lowest.The length of internode leaves was the highest in T3,and T4 was the lowest.The effect of different attapulgite water retention agents on the growth characteristics of wheat was different.In the T3,T2,T1,the attapulgite retention agent is more effective than the control CK in promoting the increase of tiller number,plant height,ear length and main leaf number before winter wheat,and the accumulation of dry matter,The amount of attapulgite treated with T3 was most beneficial to the growth of wheat.2 Effect of different attapulgite water-retaining agents on photosynthetic characteristics of wheat in drylandIn this study,the net photosynthetic rate of T1,T2 and T3 was higher than that of CK and T4,and T3>T2>T1>CK>T4,indicating the net photosynthetic rate There is a certain role in promoting the excessive application of attapulgite water retention agent will affect the net photosynthetic rate of wheat.The minimum net reduction rate of net photosynthetic rate was T3,followed by T2,from 0 to 7 days,7 to 14 days and 21 to 28 days,indicating that the amount of attapulgite water retaining agent promoted the growth of wheat Nutrient and water absorption,and then reduce the net photosynthetic rate has a certain mitigation effect.In this study,the levels of chlorophyll,intercellular CO2 and transpiration were significantly higher than those of CK and CK at 7 days,14 days,21 days and 28 days after anthesis,T4,which indicates that the amount of attapulgite water retaining agent can improve the photosynthetic characteristics of wheat flag leaves in dryland.3 Effects of Different Attapulgite Water-retaining Agents on Flag Leaf Senescence of Wheat in DrylandThe results showed that the amount of SOD,POD and CAT and the content of soluble protein could increase the activity of MDA and decrease the flag leaf senescence of winter wheat.The appropriate amount of attapulgite water retaining agent can not only effectively inhibit the senescence of leaves,improve the photosynthetic capacity and yield of wheat,but also can effectively improve the utilization of nutrient nutrients,is conducive to saving resources,protecting the environment and promoting modern high quality and efficient ecological agriculture development of.4 Effects of Different Attapulgite Water-retaining Agents on Soil Properties in Dryland WheatIn this study,the effects of different treatments on the soil properties of attapulgite were studied.The results showed that T3 had the greatest influence on soil moisture content,soil microbial quantity and soil nutrient content,T1,T2 and T3 The soil microbial environment has been effectively improved and the soil microbial activity has been improved.The application of attapulgite water retaining agent has effectively promoted the formation of soil agglomerate structure in dryland wheat,which can promote the growth of wheat root and increase the dry matter accumulation.5 Effects of Different Attapulgite Water-retaining Agents on Yield and Quality of Dryland WheatThe flour yield and crude protein content of T3 were higher than that of control group CK,and the amount of attapulgite water retaining agent was the same.The dough formation time of wheat in dryland was prolonged,but the dough stability time was shortened,the wet gluten value and settlement The value is increased.In this experiment,the application of attapulgite water-retaining agent 15Kg,can be a good coordination of the relationship between the size of the composition of factors,so that the number of spike,spike and 1000-grain weight in an optimal proportion of the state,so that dry wheat high yield. |
