The purpose of this study is to validate the effects of different doses of plant essential oils in drinking water on the growth performance,slaughtering performance,serum biochemical indexes and related enzyme activities of AA Broilers.240 healthy one day-old AA broilers,with similar initial body weight,were randomly allotted to five treatments which included a control group,a import control group and three experimental groups.Each group included 6 repeats and each repeat contain 8 broilers.Divided into 8-14 days,15-28 days,29-42 days of age 3 drinking water stage,and some were slaughtered at 21 days and at the age of 42 days.At the same time,the object of the study is to get the appropriate supplement levels of essential oil of AA Broilers in drinking waterto provide reference for the application of drinking water plant essential oils on water in AA Broilers.The results are as follows:1?Growth performance In the 8-21 day old stage,the daily weight gain of the domestic low dose group was relatively high,and the ratio of feed to meat was the lowest,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the 8-28 day age stage,the daily weight gain of the domestic low dose group was better than that of the control group,and the ratio of feed to meat of domestic low dose group was the lowest,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).As to 8-42 days of age,the ratio of feed to meat ofthe domestic high dose group,feed intake and daily weight gain were the lowest.daily gain and ratio of feed and meat of the low dose group are better than the import control group,but slightly lower than the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2 slaughter performance At the age of 21 days,compared with the control group,the addition of plant essential oil water significantly increased the rate of breast muscle(P<0.05).42 days of age: compared with the control group,only the rate of breast muscle the domestic high dose group and medium dose group significantly increased.Alsothe rate of breast muscle domestic median dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Plant essential oil water ofthe median dose of Chinese medicine group had a lower effect on abdominal fat percentage,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).3?Visceral index Compared with the two control group,the test of cardiac index of high dose group significantly increased and the spleen index of domestic low dose group significantly increased at the age of 21 days(P<0.05),while the whole stage of the spleen index and thymus index the domestic middle dose group significantly increased(P<0.05).4?Serum biochemical indexes Compared with the control group,the content of serum urea of the domestic medium dose group(P<0.05)was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the content of total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein(P<0.05)significantly increased in the low dose group.For 42 days-old,the content of high density lipoprotein of high and medium dose group significantly increased.Long term addition of plant essential oil in high and medium doses groupscould significantly improve the total protein(P<0.05).5?Antioxidative and Transaminase activity The serum SOD activity of vegetable oil agent group significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of SOD high dose significantly increased in broiler liver stage(P<0.05),and SOD activity domestic middle dose group significantly increased in the whole period of the liver(P<0.05).The results showed that SOD activity was significantly increased in broiler chicken leg muscle(P<0.05).No significant effect on reducing MAN.Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase on the broiler stage of the high dose group and low dose group significantly increased in(P < 0.05),and glutamic-oxaloacetic aminotransferase of liver on the broiler liver stage of the high dose group significantly increased(P<0.05).Leg muscle ast on the broiler stage of the high dose group significantly increased(P<0.05).Drinking water plant essential oils have a moderating effect on AA Broilers transaminase.6?Intestinal microflora Compared with the control group,the domestic high dose group increased the number of lactic acid bacteria,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
