Myzus persicae(Sulzer)is an important pest of tobacco,is harmful to the young leaves and terminal bud of tobacco,is the media of tobacco's virus diseases,and has great influence on the yield and quality of tobacco.In addition to tobacco,it can also feed on more than 400 species of plants in more than 50 families,and can spread 115 plant viruses.There are a lot of parasitic natural enemies of M.persicae.Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed and Diaeretiella rapae M'Intosh are also belong to Hymenoptera of Aphidiidae,is one of the parasitic natural enemy of M.persicae.This paper's research object is based on A.gifuensis and D.rapae M'Intosh,and it investigate the effects of different ecological factors on prevention and control of M.persicae by Aphid Parasitic Wasps.The main results are as follows: 1.Effects of different ecological factors on prevention and control of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)by Aphidius gifuensis AshmeadWe have researched that the effect of parasitic rate of M.persicae,the declining rate of population and emergence rate of A.gifuensis producing by temperature,humidity and photoperiod,which were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.The results of 30 th day showed that the effect degree are temperature>humidity>photoperiod.Among them,the best combination of the maximum rate of parasitic is T = 28?,RH = 75%,L:D = 14 h:10 h,the best combination of the maximum rate of population decline is T = 22?,RH = 85%,L: D = 10 h:14 h,the best combination of the maximum rate of emergence is T = 31?,RH = 75%,L:D = 14 h:10 h,the temperature has extremely significant effect(Sig.< 0.01)on parasitic rate,the declining rate of population and emergence rate;on the contrary,the photoperiod hasn't aroused significantly affected on that;and the humidity has extremely significant effect(Sig.<0.01)on the declining rate of population and emergence rate,which has the significant effect(Sig.<0.05)on parasitic rate.2.Dynamic observation of control of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)by Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead on different ecological factorsWe have researched that the effect of parasitic rate of M.persicae,the declining rate of population and emergence rate of A.gifuensis producing by temperature,humidity and photoperiod,which were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.After receiving the A.gifuensis,observe every 6 d,observe 24 d,We have researched that the effect of the dynamic observation of different combination of prevention and control,the experimental results show that the combination of T=31?,RH=75%,and L:D=12 h:12 h has higher the declining rate of population than other insects,and the maximum value of declining rate of population is 89%,and the weakest combination of the control of insect is T=22?,RH=75%,and L:D=14 h:10 h.The highest orthogonal experimental parasitism rate is T=28?,RH=75%,and L:D=11 h:13 h,which was consistent with the results of the previous chapter,and verified the results of the previous chapter.3.Control effects of environmental factors using combination of Aphid Parasitic WaspsWe have researched that the effect of parasitic rate of M.persicae,the declining rate of population of Aphid parasitic Wasps producing by temperature,humidity and photoperiod,which were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.The results of 30 th day showed that the effect degree are temperature>humidity>photoperiod.Among them,the best combination of the maximum rate of parasitic is T = 22?,RH = 65%,L:D = 13 h:11 h,the best combination of the maximum rate of population decline is researched that the effect of parasitic rate of M.persicae,the declining rate of population of A.parasitic Wasps producing by temperature,humidity and photoperiod,After receiving the A.parasitic,observe every 6 d,observe 24 d,We have researched that the effect of the dynamic observation of different combination of prevention and control,the experimental results show that the combination of T=31?,RH=65%,and L:D=11 h:13 h has higher the declining rate of population than other insects,and the maximum value of declining rate of population is 98.75 %,and the second is T=28?,RH=65%,and L:D=10 h:14 h.In general,the combination of T=22?,RH=65%,and L:D=13 h:11 has the best parasitic effect than other combinations,and the the second combinations are T=25?,RH=65%,and L:D=14 h:10 h,and T=28?,RH=65%,and L:D=10 h:14 h.The combination of T=19?,RH=65%,and L:D=12 h:12 h,and T=31?,RH=65%,and L:D=11 h:13 h has less parasitic effect than others,which was consistent with the results of the previous chapter,and verified the results of the previous chapter.5.Effects of different host plants on the prevention and control of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)by Aphid Parasitic WaspsThe effect of control of A.gifuensis and compound control from different host on the declining rate and parasitic rate was tobacco > peach seedling > cabbage,and there was a significant difference in declining rate in different days.To the tobacco and peach seedling,the compound control is better than control by A.gifuensis,and to cabbage,the control by A.gifuensis is better than compound control,but the capacity of control of M.persicae are all bad.6.The combination control ability on Myzus Persicae by two Aphid Parasitic WaspsUnder the preferred combination conditions,we researched the control effect on Myzus persicae(Sulzer)by Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead and Diaeretiella rapae M'Intosh by using the combination control(A.gifuensis: D.rapae =1:1)and control of A.gifuensis(only A.gifuensis).Which showed that the parasitic rate of compound control is higher than that of the control by A.gifuensis,the maximum is 76.44%,the maximum declining rate of insect population of M.persicae is 90.69% during 30 days of compound control.The number of adults by the compound control is significantly higher than that in the control by A.gifuensis,and the maximum of the emergence rate is 22.89%.The number of mummified aphid and population declining rate by the compound control is higher than that of the control by A.gifuensis,and there are significant differences in parasitic rate,declining rate,emergence rate under different days(P<0.05).It is obvious that the compound control is better than the control.of A.gifuensis.
