Aphidoletes aphidimyza is the natural enemy of many aphids,it can control Myzus periscae Sulzer in the tobacco field.To prepare the foundation for the application of A.aphidimyza in controling M.persicae,this thesis observed the occurrence of A.aphidimyza in the tobacco field and use the occurrence to achieve the role of prevention and treatment of M.persicae.In addition to,this thesis study on the key technology of feeding them to find the suitable food aphids and study on the suitable temperature when the A.aphidimyza prey on the food aphids.In the end,the best release method and release ratio were obtained,so as to achieve the optimization of the release of A.aphidimyza.The main results are as follows:1.Biology of Aphidoletes aphidimyza in the field of tobaccoA.aphidimyza adult was mostly eclosioning in the evening 7 pm-10 pm and spawning on the back of tobacco leaves.It generally incubated in the early morning on 9 am,When the A.Aphidimyza old larvae pupated,the predator "bounced" down from the plant and cocooned after a short crawl in the soil.It enjoyed pupating in the soft wet matrix.2.Screening the best host food and the propagation technique of Aphidoletes aphidimyzaWe used living plant to study on the predation function response of A.aphidimyza with M.persicae,Brevicoryne brassicae and Aphis craccivora indicated that the predation of A.aphidimyza was increasing with the increase of prey density.The results showed that the maximum daily predation rate of B.brassicae and the instantaneous attack rate of the A.craccivora was the highest.The searching effect of the A.aphidimyza on the three aphids decreased with the increase of the prey density and the biggest trend of change on A.craccivora.Then,when the bean grew up to 2.5cm,accessed 10 aphids was more conducive to the reproduction of aphids.So we can conclude that when the A.aphidimyza were used to control the M.persicae,the A.craccivora were the best food aphids and thebean grows up to 2.5cm we accessed 10 aphids is the best.3.The suitable temperature of the predation function responseThe predation function response of A.aphidimyza was studied at 14? ?18?? 22?? 26?.The results showed that the maximum daily predation rate and the predator-prey was the highest at the temperature of 22 ?,and the searching effect decreased with the increase of prey density also was the the highest at the temperature of 22 ?.So we can conclude that the suitable temperature of the predation function response is at the temperature of 22 ?.4.The study on releasing.When the M.persicae was happening in the early in the field was the best release method of releasing A.aphidimyza,and the method of successive release was adopted releasing of larvae of A.aphidimyza more than three times.The results showed that the best way to releasing A.aphidimyza was released with the ratio of predator:prey as 1:20.And in this way both in controlling the population growth of M.persicae and the control effect of A.aphidimyza on M.persicae were the best.
