As an important part of soil bin arrangement,soil compaction affects the accuracy of subsequent testdirectly.The soil compaction ofsoil bin is mainly light roller,which can only compact the surface of soil by 15 cmeffectively,and there is basically no compaction effect below 15 cm,in order to effectively control the soil bin deep soil compaction,it is often used to divide the soil into multi layers by hand,when one of the layers is compacted,then backfill the next layer and compact it,until all soil compaction is completed.This method consumes a lot of manpower,long cycle and high cost.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a kind of deep soil vibrating machine,which can reduce the number of layers and the number of compaction,and has a better effect of deep soil compaction,reduce labor costs and improve compaction efficiency.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.1.The main parameters and the overall structure scheme of the vibrating machine are obtained by calculation,and then check the key components to ensure that the design requirements can be met.Three dimensional drawing software Pro/E is used to carry on the 3D modeling of each part,and the virtual prototype technology is used to simulate the assembly of the vibrating machine and check the interference between parts,to ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment.2.Modal analysis and static analysisof the eccentric shaft and side platesare respectively analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the results show that the natural frequency of the eccentric shaft is greater than the range of vibrator frequency,will not produce resonance due to component failure,the side plate of vibrating machine exciting force is huge,there was no stress concentration around the opening.3.Based on the classical dynamics model of vibratory roller soil,a dynamic model of soil compaction machine is established and simplified,first of all,using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to carry on the simulation of interaction between light roller and soil,the variation law of soil stress at different depths was obtained,compared with the previous experimental data,found that the firmness changes in different depth of soil and the stress variation by simulation experiments are similar,and the correctness of the model is verified.Then simulate the interaction between the vibrator and light roller,obtained vibrator vibration frequency,vibration speed,traction feet size and pitch vibration effects on the stress distribution in different depth of soil,and provide the reference for the trial of vibrating machine.4.After the prototype was completed,the soil compaction test was carried out at the soil trough Laboratory of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University,through the experiment,the machine has good compaction effect on deep soil,and the relationship of different depth of soil compactness and vibrator vibration frequency and traction speed,However,the solidity of deep soil gradually decreases with the increase of traction speed.When the vibration frequency is 20 Hz,the solidity of deep soil reaches a greater value.Traction speed is 0.4km/h in the prototype,the vibration frequency of 20 Hz under the condition of light roller and traction speed 0.4km/h compaction tests were compared,results show that to achieve the same effect in deep soil compaction,light roller is divided into two layers,a total compaction 12 times,and the of compaction 6 times,reduced the number of times and layers of compaction,to reduce the labor intensity,improve the efficiency.The roller and tamping machine for stratified compaction on soil trough soil,soil compaction in approximately field soil solid degree distribution,light roller should be divided into 3 layersand 27 times of compaction,the prototype machine is divided into 2 layersand9 times of compaction,provided goodexperimental conditions for the agricultural soil trough experiment.
