Food is the country's strategic commodities,but also the material basis for people's survival,food storage safety is very important.In order to reduce the loss due to fever,mildew and other causes in the process of grain storage as much as possible,real-time detection of various physical quantities for storing foodstuffs needs to be carried out,and the status of foodstuffs conditions should be judged according to the measured data,so as to eliminate hidden dangers in time.At present,there are many shortcomings such as single function,low universality,poor scalability and unstable network in the existing food control system in China.Food analytics algorithms rely on human experience,relying on a single data,unable to achieve the comprehensive utilization of food data,it is difficult to provide users with detailed and accurate comprehensive analysis report and scientific decision support.This kind of system has the shortcomings of complicated wiring,low cost performance,difficult maintenance and poor system security.It is gradually being eliminated.In order to ensure the safety of grain in the process of storage and reduce the loss in grain storage,aiming at the existing problems in the grain measurement and control system,this paper designs a grain storage intelligent grain condition monitoring system.The system uses the Internet of things,wireless transmission,sensors,machine learning and other advanced technologies.The system is mainly composed of grain sensor module,terminal module,concentrator module,server-side and grain data analysis module.Specific features are as follows:(1)The selection of smart sensors to improve the accuracy of grain data to achieve the entire grain depot intelligent.(2)the use of Lora wireless communications and Ethernet data transmission mode,making the data transmission distance longer,the transmission effect is more reliable and stable.(3)The system uses a star topology,the system scalability,robustness,fault detection more accurate and convenient.(4)The server saves and analyzes the grain information,predicts the grain storage control program by using the grain detection algorithm.If the grain is found to be abnormal and the control command is issued in real time,the sensors in the grain storage are directly controlled to improve the grain security status.(5)Aiming at the problem that the food storage security situation can not be fully measured by the single grain data,the PSO-LSSVM food security analysis algorithm is designed.The method can integrate the foodstuff information such as temperature,humidity and moisture,Comprehensive and accurate food security assessment.
