Research On Control Of Ventilation System In Intelligent Grain Depot

Food is not only the most basic means of livelihood for the people,but also an important strategic material for national economic security.Reasonable ventilation management of stored grain is an important measure to ensure food quality and safety.At present,the grain depot still adopts mechanical control ventilation,which has poor reliability and low working efficiency,and sometimes forms a transitional unfavorable ventilation effect.This paper takes the ventilation control system of intelligent grain depot as the research object,and realizes the networked and intelligent control of grain condition monitoring.In this paper,the overall architecture of the system is firstly planned and studied,and an intelligent ventilation control system is designed.The application effect is good.The research contents are as follows:(1)Through the research on the development of domestic intelligent grain depots,aiming at the shortage of mechanical ventilation system control,the control research is established which on the ventilation system of intelligent grain depots.This paper has completed hardware design of grain condition monitoring system,ventilation control host,field controller and ventilation device.(2)In the aspect of system control and implementation,in order not to damage the thermal insulation and load-bearing property of the wall,the state detection and control of the ventilation window are realized through a single line based on the finite state machine.According to the coupling relationship between the temperature and humidity of the grain pile,the control mode of PID control of the ventilation duration of the fan is established.(3)The paper establishes a basic network structure of the reservoir area.Combined with the control data and command flow,relevant ventilation control instructions conforming to Modbus protocol are designed,and command check codes are generated by software,thus effectively improving the safety of ventilation control process.The intelligent ventilation control system designed in this paper mainly realizes: grain condition monitoring,on-site ventilation control and reliable transmission of control commands.The application of the control effect in grain depot meets the field requirements,which fully shows that the system has good control performance.
