| China have complex terrain and wide land area, the diverse of soil and climate types. But the use of arable land area is small, and saline land area accounts for 5%of the available arable land area in China. It is a key issue that how to make full use of saline land, and effective improvement of saline land.Alfalfa is a perennial legume forage, continuous planting for many years can effectively reduce the saline land, which salinity to reduce the salt content of saline soil, improve soil fertility.Alfalfa cultivation is one of the most widely distributed, the largest area in China, the cultivation industry is an indispensable part of the good development of animal husbandry. In this study, the alfalfa WL3060(Two years of the term)were planted in Ai De Ecological Agriculture Co,Ltd(Dali,Shaanxi,China),The soils were labeled as A,B and C,and the depths of 0-200cm soil layers were sampled respectively.these indices were measured of water content,pH,conductivity, salinity, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and soil organic matter in each soil. After that the physical and chemical nutrient and alfalfa growing situation was compared of soils in three areas. At the same time, the alfalfa was mowed at the early flowering period of these three areas, these indices were measured of crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),ash content(ASH),crude fiber(CF),nitrogen-free extract(NFE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF),and these indices were calculated of dry matter intake, dry matter digestibility and relative feed value. The effect of different soil properties on the yield and quality of alfalfa was analyzed, which provided scientific basis for the future fertilization and cutting of field production. It was of great significance to guide the actual production of alfalfa industrial development. The results of this study are as follows:(1)The average soil water content of 0-60 cm layer were C:17.46%>B:12.84%>A:7.63%;the average soil pH was:C:8.33>A:8.09>B:7.64;the average contents of soil total nitrogen were B:358.78 mg/kg>A:262.30 mg/kg>C:112.86 mg/kg;the average contents of soil total phosphorus were A:584.07 mg/kg>B:555.99 mg/kg>C:482.86 mg/kg;the average contents of total potassium were B:19155.55 mg/kg>A:14734.66 mg/kg>C:4764.14 mg/kg;the average contents of soil organic matter were B:107.14mg/kg>A:67.35 mg/kg>C:31.29 mg/kg.The average values of soil salinity in 0-30 cm layer were C:2.18%>A:1.00%>B:0.58%.(2)These indices of severe salinized soil are that hay yield 4290.0 kg/hm~2,CP 23.89%,EE 1.95%,ASH10.84%,CF 29.29%,NFE 34.03%,NDF 42.89%,ADF 19.00%,161.08%of relative feeding value;and these indices of mild salinized soil is that hay yield 3894.2 kg/hm~2,CP 18.56%,EE 1.26%,ASH 9.88%,CF38.05%,NFE 32.25%,NDF 56.57%,ADF 23.06%,118.24%.The hay yield, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and nitrogen free extract, dry matter intake, dry matter digestibility, relative feed value of alfalfa of A was significantly higher than that of B(P<0.05),crude fiber, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber of alfalfa of A was significantly lower than that of B(P<0.05).(3)There is a negative correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and soil moisture content in 0-200 cm soil layer, and soil water content in 0-100 cm soil layer was significantly negative correlated(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 10 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a significantly negative correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and pH in 30-60 cm soil layer(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 60 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a significantly negative correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and salt content in 0-20 cm soil layer(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 10 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a significantly positive correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and total nitrogen content in 0-200 cm soil layer(P<0.01),and soil water content in 10 and 30 cm soil layer was significantly positive correlated(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 30 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a negative correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and total phosphorus content in 100 cm soil layer, and it is positively correlated with the rest of the soil, and soil water content in 30 cm soil layer was significantly positive correlated(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 30 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a positive correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and total potassium content in 0-200 cm soil layer, and soil water content in 10 cm soil layer was significantly positive correlated(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 10 cm soil layer is the largest. There is a positive correlation between alfalfa hay production, crude protein content, relative feed value and organic matter in0-200 cm soil layer, and soil water content in 10 cm soil layer was significantly positive correlated(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient of 10 cm soil layer is the largest. In summary, under the study conditions, according to the main characteristics of different soil and actual grass yield and quality of alfalfa,we found that soil salinization and organic matter content were not the factors limiting the yield and quality of alfalfa in soils with widely varying soil moisture content. |
