In order to identify the effect of different cultivation Patterns on the growth of common bean,Long Yun 10 as the study materials,s Plit Plot design by two factors with three cultivation Patterns: 110 cm(wide ridge Platform Pattern,65 cmridge,flat cro PPing and five Planting density:(10×104,15×104,20×104,25×104,30×104 Plants·hm-2)was conducted to research on common bean mor Phological characteristics,yield,dry matter accumulation dynamic,Photosynthetic characteristics and cano Py structure.The results were showed as follows:1.Cultivation Pattern and density im Pact the height of common bean,the 110 cmridge was the highest and flat cro PPing was the lowest,with the increase of density,the height of Plant increases gradually.2.The common bean leaf area index decreased ra Pidly under high density treatment,while the leaf area index of low density treatment was longer in green Period.M4(with a density of 250,000 Plants·hm-2)in the wide ridge Platform Pattern treated the leaf area index for a long time and had a longer time to accumulate Photosynthetic Products.3.Under different cultivation Patterns,the SPAD value of leaf changes with the growth Period,and reached its Peak in flower Pod stage.The leaves of 110 cmridge could delay senescence and falling off,and the chloro Phyll content was increased by 5.1 % to 3.3 % than the flat cro PPing.4.Photosynthetic characteristics of common bean were significantly influenced by cultivation Pattern,and 110 cmridge > 65 cmridge> flat cro PPing;Different density treatments had different Peaks.The intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was affected by the cultivation Pattern and density,and the interaction between them was significant.The 110 cmridge mode can im Prove the leaf trans Piration rate(Tr),net Photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs).5.As the growing of common bean,dry matter accumulation in stem and leaves showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing,and the Seeds with increasing trend also.The 110 cmridge Pattern had maintained a high dry matter accumulation,during the seed filling stage,the low density treatment of dry matter accumulation in leaves was higher than other treatments,however,the low Po Pulation density and low efficiency of Photosynthesis were not conducive to dry matter accumulation and trans Port.6.There were differences in the cano Py structure of common bean Po Pulation,and the differences between high density and low density was significant.The mean leaf inclination increased with the increase of density,the mass scattering radiation transmittance coefficient and direct radiation transmittance coefficient decreased with the increase of leaf area index,and the Photointerce Ption of 110 cmridge was increased by 19.6 % com Pared with the flat cro PPing.7.During the growth Period,the soil tem Perature was higher than 65 cmridge and Plain in the cultivation Pattern of 110 cmridge,and the tem Perature variation was also large.The soil tem Perature of the Po Pulation with high density was lower in different density treatments.The surface layer of soil bearing weight with different Planting Pattern and density was the lowest in large ridge and the highest in different de Pth was 10-20 cm.At the same de Pth,110 cmridge height is less than 65 cmridge weight and flat.8.When the density was 10×104 Plants·hm-2,the number of Pods Per Plant,the number of Seedss Per Plant and the weight Per Plant were the highest.The number of branches and stem thickness decreased with increasing density.The highest yield of 110 cmridge and 65 cmridge at a density of 250,000 kg·hm-2 was 2525.25 kg·hm-2 and 2389.23 kg·hm-2,res Pectively.The flat cultivation with 20×104 Plants·hm-2 Po Pulation density Produced highest yield of 2008.44 kg·hm2.Cultivation Patterns and Planting density had significant effect on crude Protein content,and the difference between M1,M2,M4 and M5 was significant.The content of fat and starch was significantly affected by density.High or low density cannot im Prove the starch content of Seeds.The density of 110 cmridge is 25×104 Plants·hm-2,which is suitable for im Proving the starch content.Under different cultivation Patterns,the crude fat content of common bean seeds was the narrow-ridge cultivation.
