Ferrous fumarate is also known as fumaric acid ferrous that is a good supplement for animal iron nutrition.it is a reaction monomer in fumaric acid,sodium carbonate and ferrous sulphate.Ferrous fumarate is synthesised by fumaric acid disodium that was synthesised by fumaric acid and sodium carbonate and ferrous sulphate.The qualification of ferrous fumarate depends on the content of the Fe2+,the content of the Fe2+ of ferrous fumarate is related to the order of sodium fumarate and ferrous sulfate added>reaction time?temperature?pH?reactant concentration?add material speed?etc.Ferrous fumarate is widely used in many fields,for example,as a feed additive,anti-anemia drugs and so on.Because of the preparation of ferrous fumarate is intermittent production in the current stage,It_takes a lot of time to produce a batch of products,There is an urgent need to improve the current production process in order to increase productivity.The main research of this thesis is as follows:Through experimental research and analysis to find the relationship among the purity of ferrous fumarate and the order of sodium fumarate and ferrous sulfate added>reaction time?reaction temperature?pH?reactant concentration?add material speed?etc.We did a lot of experiment to get the profuct,finally get the purity of product.On the basis of guaranteeing the results meeting the national standards,we arrange and analyse the results in process parameters and choose the best one as the condition of improving the process plsnning,thus to design a better production flow;sodium sulfate of the waste liquid produced in the production process of fermalate is used for recycling in order to find the water evaporation of ferrous fumarate waste liquid when it is sunny;to find The relationship between exposure treatment and sodium sulfate precipitation in order to recover the sodium sulfat so that to guide the treatment of ferrous fumarate ferrous fumarate waste liquid,to achieve green,pollution-free production.The main results are as follows:(1)The optimum reaction condition of the first process of ferrous f-umarate synthesis reaction:C(C4H2Na2O4)=1.05mol/L;Q(C4H2Na2O4)=20.76mL/min;C(FeSO4)=1.80mol/L;Q(FeSO4)=8.05mL/min;reaction time 25 min;reaction temperature 100?,the Fe2+ content of ferrous fumarate w-a s 30.98%and the yield of ferrous fumarate is 94.6%in this condition.(2)The optimum reaction condition of the second process of ferrous fumarate synthesis reaction:C(C4H2Na2O4)=1.20 mol/L;C(C4H2Na2O4)=2.40 mol/L;Q(FeS04)=10.00 mL/min;reaction time30 min;reaction te mp-erature100?,The Fe2+ content of ferrous fumarate was 30.92%and the yield of ferrous fumarate is 94.1%in this condition.(3)The optimum reaction condition of the third process of ferrous fumarate synthesis reaction:C(C4H2Na2O4)=1.10 mol/L;C(C4H2Na2O4)=16.70 mL/min;Q(FeSO4)=2.10 mol/L;reaction time35 min;reaction temp era-ture100?,The Fe2+ content of ferrous fumarate was 30.86%and Th e yield of ferrous fumarate is 92.1%in this condition.(4)Sodium sulfate recovery experiment:When the evaporation thickness is 12 mm,the water evaporation efficiency is 810 g/(m2·h).When the evaporation layer is less than 14mm,the original sodium sulphate can be soled to saturation in 8h,and the water can be dried in 14 h.
