The study was performed on a breeding company in Rudong County of Jiangsu Province.According to the changes of temperature and humidity under different four seasons especially for the different humidity inside the barton,to research the differences on broiler farming performances.First, selecting the 12 breeding houses, each chicken house east and west direction, which length 150m,span 16m,height 3.3m,in the vicinity of the top of the building height of the building insulation layer, spring, summer, autumn and winter test period for the 2016.4 From May 5 to May 18,June 26 to August 7,August 24 to October 6,February 14,2017 to March 31st.The experimental period is 39 days. The test period is recorded every 15 minutes through the temperature recorder and the humidity recorder. The average value of the data is the daily temperature and humidity value. The total production performance includes full cycle survival rate, feed conversion rate(FCR),average body weight(BW),uniformity, and EEI were calculated. The average temperature outside the house of spring, summer, autumn and winter was 10.93?,30.67?,24.05? and 4.11?,respectively,while the values were 26.94?,30.25?,28.15?,and 25.09? inside the house. The humidity was 68.04%,80.12%,68.08%and 68.21%respectively,which can be seen from the temperature and humidity results, with the season and temperature changing, the temperature and the humidity inside the house changed significantly, with the temperature changed 2.5 to 5.16?,especially the humidity in the summer higher than the other seasons obviously(about higher 12%).As for the livability. The livability in autumn was the highest, followed by summer, spring and winter. The livability in autumn was significantly higher than that in spring and winter(p = 0.0017).There was no significant difference between autumn and summer. And there was no significant difference between spring and winter too.As for feed conversion ratio(FCR),the highest feed conversion ratio was in summer, followed by autumn, winter and spring. The FCR in summer was significantly higher than that in other three seasons, and significantly higher in autumn than in spring, and significantly higher in winter than that in spring(p<0.0001).As for average weight, the average weight in spring was the highest, followed by winter, autumn and summer. There was no significant difference between spring and winter, but the average body weight in spring and winter was significantly higher than that in autumn and summer. And the average body weight was significantly higher in autumn than that in summer(p<0.0001).In spring, the EEI was the highest, followed by autumn, winter and summer.EEI in spring was significantly higher than that in the other three seasons, and there was no significant difference between autumn and winter, but both were significantly higher than those in summer(p<0.0001).The Uniformity in spring were significantly higher than those in the other three seasons, and there was no significant difference between autumn and winter, but in winter,it was significantly higher than that in summer. There was no significant difference between autumn and summer. In summary,in spring, the temperature and humidity is most suitable for the broiler, followed by autumn and winter, summer is most conducive to broiler farming.
