Enzymic preparation is widely applied in the feed industry,. On the one hand, enzymepreparation can effectively eliminate the adverse effect of the anti-nutrition factor and the toxin inthe feed; On the other hand, the enzyme preparation can promote and raise digesting andabsorption of the grain nutrient in an all-round way, thus it can improve the growth speed and thetransforming efficiency, and promote the beasts and birds' health. In recent years, the problems ofthe violated use of antibiotic, the medicine residue in the meat product, animal food poison andhormone content exceeding standard etc. commit great threat to people's health, accretion of theantibiotic may probably be replaced by enzymic preparation. So, there is common recognition onenzymic preparation taking the place of the antibiotic.The goal of the experiment is to discuss the influence of the enzyme preparation on thebroiler chicken production performance through adding different proportation of enzymepreparation, and explore the application prospect and the use value of the enzyme preparation inthe chicken industry in scale. We select 400 1-day black feather local hybrid chickens, which weredivided into 4 groups at random, each group was divided into 10 small spaces, each small spaceraises 10 chickens. ExperimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere respectively added 0.1%,0.15%, 0.2% Zhongdacompound enzyme preparation, The comparison group did not add any enzyme preparation, thuswe carried on the experiment of raising broiler chickens, the experiment lasted 2 days, chickenswere raised in three stages: 0-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks, 5-6 weeks, we determined their growth speed,material-meat ratio and blood physics and chemistry target, calculated the gross profit andrecorded the diseases and their treatment. The result indicated that, adding compound enzymepreparation in the feed for the broiler chicken had remarkable influence on their productionperformance. Among them, the average daily gain of ExperimentⅠwas obviously higher than thecomparison group (P<0.05), those of experimentsⅡandⅢgroup were very obviously higherthan that of comparison group (P<0.01); the material-meat ratio in each stage were: 0-14 days,experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere respectively 4.48%, 6.67%, 7.46% lower than the comparison group;15-28 days, 7.82%,10.06%,10.61% lower; 29-42 days,6.03%, 9.05%, 11.56% lower. The unit gaincost of experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere all 4.6%, 7.2%, 9.0% lower respectively. The disease incidencerate and the treatment cost of experimentⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere all lower than the comparison group; Theblood physics and chemistry target of the red blood cell quantity of experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwasremarkably higher than that of the comparison group, as to the white blood cell quantity ofexperimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwas remarkably higher than that of the comparison group (P<0.01); thewhite blood cell composition, the acidophilia granular cell of experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲare 10.52%,26.31%, 47.37% higher than the comparison group, uninuclear cell was slightly higher than thecomparison group, but there is no obvious difference between the experiment group and thecomparison group in the granular cell, the lymphocyte. The test proved that adding compoundenzymic preparation in the daily feed for the broiler chicken can effectively increase the daily gainand the feed conversion ratio, reduce the cost of feed and increase economic efficiency, from theview of production cost and comprehensive considration, adding 0.15% compound enzymicpreparation may get the best effect.
