seedling index of Cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedlings and tomato seedlings(Meishuai).Study the effect of LED(R:B=6:4)light on the physiological characteristics and fruit quality of Cucumber(Xia Meilun).Study the effect of LED(R:B=6:4)light on the physiological characteristics and fruit quality of the Strawberry(Confidante)plant.The results are as follows:1、 LED(R:B=6:4)and LED(R:B=4:1)have significant effect on Cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedlings in night.From the point of view of the overall growth of the seedlings,cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedling’s dry weight of whole plant,whole plant fresh weight,root shoot ratio and seedling index four index compared with the control group were increased by 45.7%,40.7%,18.2% and 44.44% in the LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment.The above indexes were compared to the control increased by 52.3%,2.6%,18.2% and 9.1% in LED(R:B=4:1)light treatment.From the content of photosynthetic pigment,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content of cucumber seedlings(Jinchun 4)were increased by 19.86%,20.83%,20.6%,85.9% in LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment.In LED(R:B=4:1)lamp light treatment,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content were increased by 13.01%,16.67%,13.91%,31.25%.As a result,Cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedlings thrive.The growth and physiological indicators are improved significant ly.The LED light treatment have a positive effect on the cultivation of Cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedlings.The LED(R:B=6:4)light effect is most suitable for Cucumber(Jinchun 4)seedling growth.2、 LED(R:B=6:4)and LED(R:B=4:1)have significant effect on Tomato(beauty)seedlings in night.From the point of view of the overall growth of the seedlings,Tomato(Beauty)seedling’s dry weight of whole plant,root shoot ratio and seedling index three index compared with the control group were increased by 9.5%,10% and 40% in the LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment.The above indexes were compared to the control increased by 2.4%,3.8% and 10% in LED(R:B=4:1)light treatment.From the content of photosynthetic pigment,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content of Tomato(beauty)were increased by21.2%、26.1%、22.4%、62.5% in LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment.In LED(R:B=4:1)lamp light treatment,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content were increased by 5.48%、17.4%、8.3%、43.75%.As a result,Tomato(Beauty)seedlings thrive.The growth and physiological indicators are improved significantly.The LED light treatment have a positive effect on the cultivation of Tomato(Beauty)seedlings.The LED(R:B=6:4)light effect is most suitable for Tomato(Beauty)seedling growth.3、 LED(R:B=6:4)light has a significant effect on such characteristics as growth,yield and quality of Cucumber(Xia Meilun).Through data analysis,compared with CK,after LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment,stem diameter was increased by 5.97%.The leaf length was increased by 24.3%.The leaf area was increased by 42.02%.The leaf number was increased by 10.61%.The leaf color was increased by 20.2%.The soluble solids was increased by 11.56%.The fruit yield was increased by 49.10%.The fruit soluble solid material was increased by 12.66%.The soluble sugar content was increased by 45.14%.The leaf color,leaf thickness,plant height,stem diameter and leaf color of Cucumber(Xia Meilun)treated by LED(R:B=6:4)light have obvious advantages compared with the control group.In addition,the fruit soluble solids,fruit shape index and sugar content were higher than the control group.The commercial character is good.LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment has a positive effect on the plant growth,fruit weight,fruit number per plant and yield of Cucumber(Xia Meilun).4、 LED(R:B=6:4)light has a significant effect on such characteristics as growth,yield and quality of Strawberry(Confidante).Compared with CK,after LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment,the strawberry plant height was increased by 13.3%.The leaf longitudinal diameter was increased by 7.3%.The leaf diameter was increased by 12.3%.The leaf number was increased by 15.6%.The average root length was increased by 5.3%.The net photosynthetic rate was increased by 34.7%.The transpiration rate was increased by 22.3%.The stomatal conductance was increased by 5.1%.The intercellular CO2 was increased by 3.2%.The content of chlorophyll a was increased by 26.9%.The content of chlorophyll b was increased by 39.2%.The chlorophyll(a+b)content was increased by 33.3%.LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment also have influence the fruit quality index of Strawberry(Confidante).The soluble solids content,vitamin C content and protein content were significantly 3.85%,30.1% and 9.4% higher than the control.The titratable acid content was 7.5% lower than the control.The solid acid ratio was higher than the control 11.6%.The average fruit weight,fruit weight,fruit number per plant and yield were increased by 11.4%,89%,9.1%,21.89% compared to the control.Through data analysis,we can draw the conclusion: LED(R:B=6:4)light treatment can make the strawberry(Confidante)indexes significantly improve.The strawberry fruit quality has been improved significantly.LED(R:B=6:4)(Confidante)light treatment has positive significance on strawberry plant growth and development,fruit weight,fruit number per plant and yield.. |
